I have visited this motel several times now and it is an excellent venue for our needs

Only stayed 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable. No details provided for check out prior to 10am - eventually saw a locked box for dropping room key. Surprised to have an additional $100 charge on check in of “refundable in a few days” in case of room damage.

The only real downside was the TV was a bit below ordinary. It has just become too old not supporting newer devices. The grounds were a bit untidy but I think that was more related to the weather. The website should have been more clearer as to the stairs. Luckily I had a ground floor room as I am not able to use the stairs to the second level. Perhaps that could be reflected when offering room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities are great, especially for kids. Staff in the restaurant lovely. However the only disappointment was the staff who checked me in, she clearly hated her job and didn’t want to be there, seriously unfriendly and unpleasant. Overall will be back again in future!

This property needs to improve in its attention to detail( basic) eg .. showers not cleaned .. Dirty towels from previous occupants left in room .. no- one available for check-in.. we had to wait an extended length of time and had an important appointment to attend

The rooms are quite good but need minor maintenance items attended to - toilet roll holder, light globe blown, damaged iron that I was too scared to use on my clothes.. The kettle was very dirty - inside and out. There is a bit of noise from Warragul Rd. No toaster or microwave. It was convenient to Chadstone and freeways.

Nice, modern and generally quiet rooms in a motel style. Bistro food was decent. Only let down was they accidentally left the beer garden tv on at loud volume over night which woke me and a few other rooms up.
