We heard traffic on the highway. Next door motel started sand blasting 5 am everyday. Everyone was driving in and out putting boats in the water. Not very restful.

REASON FOR OUR STAY THERE WAS THE OCEAN VIEW. It was marred by construction equipment right in front of the hotel and road disruption. Apparently it will go on until summer. Also inconvenient to have pool and hottub and very small gym in a different building especially since it was cold and rainy. We asked for room to be serviced at check in and when we arrived back to the room the next day at 5pm the bed had not yet been made, only towels were changed.

It’s what I remembered, always enjoyed staying here. However, the window air conditioning unit was way too noisy and it would cycle on and off. Did not sleep well because of it.

View of Ocean and walkable dining options were great. Only criticism was just small amount of mildew in shower. Other than that, great time.

Jill on the front reception was awesome. Extremely helpful and friendly. I was on the 2nd floor but my room was at street level. The ocean view was constantly interrupted by traffic. Get 3rd floor or stay at sister property on ocean side of the street. Property was nice, people were super. Parking easy.

I can say only wonderful things about the property, hotel amenities, room cleanliness, and staff! Gorgeous view from the balcony. It was our dog’s first time at a beach and she was in heaven. The dog washing area/spray hose was much used and appreciated. The only drawback was the construction directly across the street, but can’t really fault the hotel for that. Thanks for a lovely time!

Nice off season hotel!
I love this hotel...but be warned, they are doing construction across the street (October 2023) and the noise started at 7am. Not exactly restful. But I've stayed before and will stay again.

Great location close to ocean and local restaurants. Staff was excellent. The only negative was the bedding. The bed was too firm (maybe add a topper?) and pillows néed to be replaced.

For the price, this was not a great place. It is right on a very busy road and the traffic noise takes away from the enjoyment of having the windows open to enjoy the ocean sounds. They advertised Starbucks coffee on their web site and the coffee they had was some cheap, terrible stuff. We bought our own. The bathroom door was all scratched up, likely from a pet. We asked for garbage service our second night there and no one came to empty it. The screen on the sliding glass door didn't close completely and there were what looked like rat droppings all over the deck. The t.v. is very small. The free amenities are a nice touch: bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs. We won't be back.

The Inn was easy to check into, but we came in late when all the doors were locked. Pet friendly was a plus, easy parking, but pool & hot tub is across the street and closes at 8pm, no breakfast and the room smelled stuffy. Easy walk across the street to the beach and coffee shop just next door. Would stay here again with dogs, but a room across the street would come with higher amenities which would be nice.
