Pros: The bed was comfortable
Granted they did tell us that our room was one that was rebuilt after a tornado came through in june, but they said the room was ready and we were the first to occupy it since they finished.. First I noticed drywall dust on the doors. Then the caulking wasn't finished in the bathroom...ok I could live with that. The tv wasn't working and it took 3 people in my room to get that fixed and also had to run back and forth to get that done because the phone wasn't working so I couldn't call the desk. They fixed all that.My big complaint during my stay was that there was no hot water, so I couldn't take a shower. I ask them if they could do something to make this up to me and they said they would have to call you to see about a refund and that they would call me to tell me what you said and of course they did not call me back with any reply....This is very poor customer service

The room itself is clean but the bathroom had mold on the tube and the shower curtain. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is undergoing remodel but I never heard any noise from the construction crew.

It was my last option when I wanted to book a hotel. But I was impressed by the hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helping. The room was clean and very comfortable.

I had a need to find a place to a specific location in Centerville. The Quality Inn seemed to fit my needs. It's quite a ways off of I-40, or my GPS took me on a sight seeing tour of Tennessee. The hotel is directly next to a Sonic and there are several other places to eat nearby. When I got there, the hotel is currently undergoing some maintenance, but the rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was the standard hot breakfast you'll find at most Quality Inns.

Nasty room

First, we noticed carpet on stairs to the 2nd floor was very dirty. But this was nothing compared to the room. Mirror on the wall had children's handprints all over it. The table was sticky and chairs had crumbs all in them. Shower had hair all in the drain and sink had toothpaste in it. The bed was clean thank goodness, as long as you didn't put your face into the pillow! It smelled like smoke. Had we not been so tired when we arrived late, we would've drove to nearby Dickson for a cleaner hotel.

This hotel has the BEST customer service I have ever had at a hotel. Jenifer, the desk clerk/manager was outstanding ! Oh, and the bed was very comfortable.

The owner was on site when we arrived and our room was inspected before we were given a key. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived . The beds were very comfortable and flat screen tv looked new. Staff was helpful to change our upstairs room to downstairs and were very attentive to make sure our stay was good. It was very helpful to us that it was a pet friendly place and yet our room didn't smell. Pool was still dirty, but it was too cool to swim anyway. Also got a great rate booking online.

Hallways carpet looked dirty,needed cleaned,smelled smoke,and warm,plus bathroom wasn,t cleaned the night ,just l\towels put in.
