Nice PlacePosted 6-Apr-2014 on Hotels.com
I had a need to find a place to a specific location in Centerville. The Quality Inn seemed to fit my needs. It's quite a ways off of I-40, or my GPS took me on a sight seeing tour of Tennessee. The hotel is directly next to a Sonic and there are several other places to eat nearby. When I got there, the hotel is currently undergoing some maintenance, but the rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was the standard hot breakfast you'll find at most Quality Inns.

Nasty roomPosted 16-Nov-2013
First, we noticed carpet on stairs to the 2nd floor was very dirty. But this was nothing compared to the room. Mirror on the wall had children's handprints all over it. The table was sticky and chairs had crumbs all in them. Shower had hair all in the drain and sink had toothpaste in it. The bed was clean thank goodness, as long as you didn't put your face into the pillow! It smelled like smoke. Had we not been so tired when we arrived late, we would've drove to nearby Dickson for a cleaner hotel.

This hotel has the BEST customer service I have ever had at a hotel. Jenifer, the desk clerk/manager was outstanding ! Oh, and the bed was very comfortable.

Very Improved from past ReviewsPosted 17-Oct-2013 on Hotels.com
The owner was on site when we arrived and our room was inspected before we were given a key. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived . The beds were very comfortable and flat screen tv looked new. Staff was helpful to change our upstairs room to downstairs and were very attentive to make sure our stay was good. It was very helpful to us that it was a pet friendly place and yet our room didn't smell. Pool was still dirty, but it was too cool to swim anyway. Also got a great rate booking online.

Lucky to find a hotel herePosted 25-Nov-2012
Pros: Quiet, Spacious & comfortable room.
Cons: Room had been recently painted and the fumes were strong enough that I opened the window for awhile. Coffee in the lobby ok but not great.
Location: Good location not far from town. Gas station and Sonic next door.
This hotel is off the beaten path in a small town in a sparsely populated rural county. I'm sure their profit margin is low and they have to be conservative on expenditures. The place does have a worn look in areas, like the chairs in the room, but I was pleased that the room was clean and spacious. There was a fridge, microwave, & small coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and clean. The carpet was clean. There were a lot of deer hunters staying, but we could never hear any noise from the other rooms which surprised me. The breakfast in the lobby was small but good with waffle irons and plenty of batter. The coffee wasn't the best if you like it black, but plenty of it. The lobby was clean. We slept very well with no disturbance. We have relatives in Centerville and feel lucky that this hotel exists. Otherwise we would have to drive all the way to I40 for lodging. We expected the hotel to not be that great but that was not the case at all. It was very adequate and our stay was comfortable. Remember where this place is and be fair in your expectations. These guys are brave to offer lodging in such a poor & remote county and somehow they are doing a good job. The bathroom was spacious and clean by the way, and has been recently upgraded.
