The remote was not working. Went to ask for different one but waited 10 min before giving up on someone coming to desk. Pillows were too flat. No tv channel guide or any other brochures. No emergency exit sign on door.

It looks nice, almost like they just semi tried to make the hotel seem upscale but once you get to your room after walking a mile because the set up of the hotel is bazzar. When we got to the room the door handle was facing down, and kind of janky, the room smelled like they tried to cover up the staleness with baby powder. The pillows under the case are yellowing someone drew on the furniture with pen, the toilet seat had a ton of markings, on the wall in the bathroom was splatter on the wall. The bodywash was empty when we arrived in the room. The worst part was the consent door slamming it was like the whole hall was just slamming doors.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The only issue we had was the size of the bathroom. Small and cramped but very clean.

We've stayed here multiple times and was generally satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Haven't been here in about a year. It's definitely gone DOWN HILL! Not as well cared for. DIRTY carpet. First they tried to give us a room that was filled with rank cigarette smoke. Dogs everywhere! YUCK. We won't be coming back.

Sorry Suzan, we are a 100% smoke free hotel, and if a guest was breaking the rules we would have asked them to leave. We are a pet friendly hotel. We hope you will come back and stay with us again.

Usually great service-quality. There is an issue with breakfast lady telling me (2nd time) that staying in Radisson I wouldn't be allowed to have breakfast for free, that there's a 50% charge...this should be clarified.

Property has hot tub advertised in website when asking clerk where hot tub is he was short and immediately asked if I just wanted a refund immediately after check in. Due to not my and wife’s medical conditions we were wanting a hot tub on New Year’s Eve. I suggest you take picture of pool and edit . It is very misleading!

The Property is defiantly poorly maintained. The room and hallways were pretty beat up. Room had a strange smell that I couldn't quite identify. Even the towels had the smell. Strangely it was only the room that had this smell though. I found one of the exterior doors by the fitness room broken and would not close/latch so security of the floor I was on was minimal I'd say. For the money I paid, it was acceptable, but that's it.

As usual, my accessable room was clean and comfy. This was my third overnight stay with 30 days and I have never been disappointed by the facilities or the welcoming staff. My "go to" Radisson when in Iowa City.

Bed is comfortable, however the bathroom needs major remodel or cleaning. Our room had a cockroach! Customer service is good but wont stay here again. there are other hotels in the area that cost the same. I wish I did more research.

Room smelled as if it use to be a smoking room. Cleaning could have been done better. Housekeeping brought the person that previously stayed in our room to look in it for his airpods. I thought housekeeping themselves were coming. Bathroom rug had spots all over it when I went to use it.

This Hotel is dated needs to be updated. Rooms and hallways smelled like Pot Smoke would not reccomend it till they update.

The hotel has not been well maintained. In addition, the cleanliness was less than desirable. There was a moldy damp smell, and the room was run down. I would question if my linens were changed, as they were inside out with a dark spot.

Nice Stay!
We stayed here as it was the Wedding referred hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Only negative is the Bathroom was small (even for 2 people). We would stay again!

It was very clean. The refrigerator didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The restaurant there was very nice and convenient.

The person that checked us in had a monotone disposition. He was not inviting at all. He was attentive but it seemed like he was strictly there to fulfill his duties and go home. The restaurant was ok but the menu didn't have good selections conducting the price of the good. I would not go back to the restaurant.
