This seems to be a v new hotel which is nice. Despite other reviews I read, my room did have both a small microwave & a refrigerator (no freezer). The location is right off I-380 but is v quiet; however, close food options are limited. Accessing the hotel is confusing as you have to go past the hotel to a roundabout then drive back to the entrance. The room doors are heavy which helps make the room quieter & they are dampened also which cuts down on the horrid slamming door noise most hotels have, a pet peeve of mine so I was happy to find this feature. My bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working & the toilet didn't flush well but o/w, it was a nice room. A snowstorm hit overnight & which prob delayed the arrival of the regular morning desk clerk who was rushing in as I left. In any case, I have yet to receive the promised email of my receipt so I'll have to chase that down. I would stay there again.

The exhaust fans in the bathrooms are on a passive system. the motors are in the attic of the property to reduce any noise they would normally make. When you flip the switch, it opens the vent for you. it is working even though you do not hear it. The receipt comes directly from Expedia. You paid them for your stay not the hotel. Nice hotel with an unfortunate ending
The stay itself was great. Clean room, nice breakfast and I got to enjoy the large hot tub to myself two nights in a row. Upon my return home I realized I left my handbag hanging on the ironing table in the room. I called and was told it wasn't found, but that a note would be left to check. I stopped in the next morning (had to stay due to weather, I work only a few miles from the hotel) to see if they had it and no one left a note. The front desk attendant was very attentive in searching where she thought it may be once the room was cleaned with not luck. They let me know that they would call after the room was cleaned again if found. I called again the following day for information, but they didn't have it. Unfortunately, I am positive that I left it exactly where I hung it when I arrived and unfortunately will not be seeing it again.

Unfortunately, Ms. Estella the hotel does not control the reservation when you make it thru a 3rd party. You will have to talk to them about your experience. If you book thru them, you must cancel thru them as well. The hotel cannot change anything about the reservation. I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience with your booking.

I am sorry you did not like them. The bathroom is an accessible bath with a roll in shower. This is why it is a little wider than most. i am happy you found our rooms clean and comfortable. It can get a little load with the airport right there. The breakfast was okay. I would wish for more options or a variety for people that stay multiple days in a row.

Clean and modern. Good breakfast. They serviced the room daily and provided new towels each day. Staff was friendly. Will stay there again.
