“Good for our purposes”

Hotel is fairly new, in a nice area and suited our purposes for visiting family in the area. Thin walls and while dog friendly, the $75 charge for our small dog seemed over the top. Our dog is very quiet, non-barker, non-shedder. Front desk folks were friendly and helpful. Negatives are no free breakfast, high charge for pets, thin walls, noisy fan.
