“Good Value”

Not the Fairmont, but we did not pay that sort of price either. Room was clean, well stocked with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a good selection of items, more than just rolls and drinks, even included bake your own mini waffles. We were quite pleased with the room and service.

“I plan to return in the future.”

I was very please and appreciated the fact that the hotel was smoke free. Everything was very clean and there were no strong odors to irritate my allergies. I plan a future stay at this hotel. Loved the continental breakfast .

“terrible staff”

Hotel staff is very rude. I reserved this hotel on expedia but when i got there they gave me a cheaper room.when i asked if i could get the room i reserved they said no they werent available.i then asked them to get a refund, they said no i have to cancel the reservation and call expedia.i called expedia and they called the hotel but they refused to refund the difference. they then said i was harassing them. When i threatened to talk to the owner and said i new the owner, they canceled my reservation and told me they never want to see me at their hotel again. Even the supervisor from expedia (matt) said she was very rude when he asked her to refund the difference. All bestwesterns in texas are owned by the indian family patel and i knew sinc i have some indian friends.you can use that name if it gets bad.
