Property location is excellent. Right in the heart of the historic center. Lots of great restaurants close to property. Reception was helpful and friendly. We booked a room with one double bed and were given a free upgrade to a room with two double beds. Room was small but appreciated the fridge, closet, shelf above bed. Only had one chair to sit on and needed two as two persons in room. No table or room for one. Bathroom was clean but as mentioned in other reviews water from shower sprayed everywhere soaking the floor mat and floor. Towels etc changed every second day so had to go search for dry/clean towels/floor mats. Breakfast was basic but plentiful enough. Breakfast room was small and felt crowded.

Exceptional! We loved our stay! Highly recommended! We will stay again when we return to Firenze!

Great and friendly staff. Hotel shuttle was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable!

Just stayed 3 days here and absolutely loved it, second time in Florence and we could not fault the hotel. Staff were great and the facilities were superb! Can’t wait to come back

The hotel was ok, clean and tidy but the annex area where I stayed had very little soundproofing- you could hear everything in the room next door and the main door slamming. The bed was quite hard too and also short (I’m 5ft5 and my legs were at the end). I expected to be in the main hotel as I hadn’t booked the annex but perhaps it doesn’t matter what you book. Breakfast was pretty poor and the food was clearly out all morning with no chilling or proper heat for eggs etc. location wise, an ok walk into central but a good 20 mins. A decent hotel but I wouldn't say 4 stars.
