“Waterfront Airport Casino & Hotel- Cebu”

Hotel is nice but it is close to the airport. If you arrive on a late night flight - it is a good place to consider for the first few nights - since you can walk across the street to the Hotel. Access to the shopping areas is a good distance away - but you can get there by a cab. Good place to consider for the night before a return flight also - you can walk to the Airport to check in.

“Early Arrival”

We arrived a day early, and staff we very helpful in providing a room at short notice. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a good view of Mactan Airport and waterfront. Room service was prompt, and single serves were provided as requested. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and staff went the extra mile to make dining a pleasure. We stayed 3 more nights in very comfortable surroundings, before leaving for Leyte. We took many photos, but not suitable for sharing. The only disappointment was the Casino, not quite what l was expecting. Maybe the VIP section is better, but smoking in the Slot Machine room was terrible, and the smoke free section had a door open to the smoking section!

“Good Value for your money !!”

Good value, good service, good price, facing the Airport, 20 mn by taxi to all Malls in Cebu. very nice pool, if you can guet one of the rooms facing the pool , you are in Heaven. One of my favorite.

“Noisy Next Door”

I have reserved the biggest room with kitchen and living room for 3 ppl. The room was very big and nice, i especially loved bathroom, but we needed to enter bedroom before going in the bathroom and there was no door for bathroom. In addition, the bedroom was connected with the nextdoor thru one door, and i could hear shouts and conversations from nextdoor till late at night. That was very annoying.

“not impressed”

the hotel was overpriced because it was near the airport...breakfast was ok... but room mini bar was not working and many other rooms were the same...I had to ask a cleaner to get a new fridge which he did....not good value at all...would not stay there again...unless no other options available.

“HELP ME IF YOU CAN”

no towels in the room .i could not take a shower ,had to wait ..t v was old tv res. poor snow like res. a note on the bed said they change the bed sheets ever other day...

“Internet sucks !!!”

Hotel is conveniently located facing the Mactan airport, and prices are affordable, but Internet sucks and is a total nightmare in the rooms. And in the Lobby, you need to get a pasword, which most of the time has been already used by another customer, so you can't log into the net. Don't book if you need internet. The rest is fine. Nice pool, pool, friendly staff, rooms okay.

The hotel was great. The bellboy showed us the room and wet bar. He told us what was free and what we would be charged for. When we left they charged us $6.25 usd for the free water.

“Aging Hotel in Serious Need of Renovation”

The staff is pleasant and accomodating and I actually stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks in 2010. During all of my stays, there was a lack of towels after room cleaning. I needed to make several calls to the front desk to get towels delivered. Room serivce was spotty with parts of orders missing, plus order portions varied widely for the same item. The in-room refrigerator needs replacement as it couldn't keep anything cold. Requests for repairs got me a maintenance "engineer" that claimed the refrigerator cold not keep things cold because there were too many drinks inside (ridiculous). Breakfast buffet on the 1st morning (9 am) revealed most food trays completely empty. For a buffet that seats over 100 people, it was shocking to find empty platters. Other days, the platters were well filled. Service and quality of food is mediocre at best. Overall, the hotel location remains a draw to me, but the hotel facilities need a serious renovation.

“" What a disappointment!"”

I picked this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport. That's exactly what I got, nothing else. The room assigned to us was a smoking room even though I specifically requested for a non-smoking room. There was no towel inside the room and all of the furnitures were old. I was supposed to have a suite but there was not even a refregirator inside the room. We tried the restaurant maybe 4 times and all times tables were not ready. We had to sit to a used table and wait till they clean it up. The waiters are nowhere to be found when you need them. They were all camping at the register as if they were afraid to be called for service. No matter what time you go in for breakfast food trays were almost empty, and no body looks at the buffet line to see if the trays needs to be replenished. I will never go back to this hotel, and my suggestion is for them to fully renovate the place before they cater to tourist.
