“fantastic value in cebu city...try it !!!!”
one of the best value 3 star hotels anywhere...will stay here again anytime I am in cebu....good air con,cold mini bar,good friendly helpful staff,decent food at good prices,free internet in cafe,100 pesos taxi ride to ayala mall 10 minutes away(includes tip),short 5 minute walk to robinsons mall and nightlife...cheap laundry service 100 metres away next to julies bakery,cable tv,...had all you need for a great price...but for me good aircon and cold mini bar always makes things more comfortable....I have stayed in more expensive hotels and the aircon was poor and fridge not cold...takes the gloss off..very happy with my stay here...highly recommend on my experience for a week.

We were both very impressed by the hotel's overall appearance and the service provided by all of the friendly staff.The staff were very curteous towards us and other guests at all times.We had a problem with the WC and it was fixed straight away with a smile.The room we were allocated was more than adequate as well as comfortable in every way except there were two things that we were not overly worried about but the lack of being able to boil some water via a hotel supplied jug for a cuppa tea/coffee would have been nice as the hotel cafeteria closes at 9:00PM.As we both are diabetics,we sometimes need a snack during the night.The pillows were a little uncomfortable but we made the best of them.In all fairness I was very happy with the total package and would love to return there on another vacation.
“Simple yet sufficient.”
I believe this hotel is perfect for anyone 50 or younger who does not need to be catered too or dazzled with luxury. The Hotel room was perfectly clean, air conditioned, simply appointed and up to date. This hotel is for someone who needs a comfortable place to sleep with access to Cebu's shopping and downtown. It is not for the resort minded holiday-er. The wireless internet access is similar to a low grade entry level broadband connection and is outrageously expensive. They charge 80 PHP for one hour of access.
“Great Inexpensive Choice”
With the price we paid, we were surprised at the quality of this hotel. When my wife opened the door to the room, she loudly went OH! We had about 50 channels on the TV. We didn`t get to try the in-room Wi-Fi, but the computers in the restaurant worked nicely (PHP80 for one hour, about US$1.50). While there is nothing worth walking to, there are always taxis out front. A woman at the front desk recommended that we got to the Ayala Mall for dinner. Great idea. It was close, PHP200 by taxi, and the Terrace area outdoor was really nice and had an excellent choice of restaurants.

After the long travel to get to the hotel, it was such a pleasure to find such a nice place to be staying at. The hotel was maintained so well, the hotel staff was so polite and helpful, the room was so comfortable. I hadn't slept so well in any other hotel as I did there. Access to all parts of town was easily made.
“my trip to Cebu”
Hotel located in area that was central to other areas just as malls. Room was cleaned every day and house keeping maded sure you had any requests were available such as extra hangers, towels, etc. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Resturant was nice and service was excellent. When I return to Cebu I would stay at the Diplomat Hotel Again

Fantastic hotel for the money. Staff excellent, food good, room spotless. Cebu blows away Manila.
“good location, very nice for the price”
The room was very nice for the price. Was very satisfied with my room. The location is close to malls, and resturants. Within an hour drive to beaches and boat rides. Staff was very friendly and room service was prompt. I would diffenitley go to this hotel again.
