Rapport qualité prix médiocre
Notre séjour fut convenable, mais le service à l’hôtel a beaucoup baissé. Le bar n’est ouvert qu’à partir de 17 heures. La chambre est nettoyé au bout du troisième jour, ce qui n’est pas convenable pour un séjour de deux jours.

We did not make it to the property until 12:00 am due to our plane being late we lost a whole day of vacation. When we arrived our room was dirty we were already exhausted and had to wait for another room. They gave us another room there were ants, the shower was dirty and the fire pit didn’t work. I am going to request for a refund for a full day due to the dissatisfaction. I have pictures to prove . The staff was friendly and welcoming. The cookies were great.

Well what I didn’t like is that the king size bed and fire pit room I paid for was downgraded to double and fire pit didn’t even work I was told that they couldn’t accommodate what I paid for cause they were accommodating wedding guest so I felt like they took my money but couldn’t give me the room I paid for and just gave me what ever they had left. Also Hilton didn’t want to refund me for the room I paid for😡😡😡

The property is dated which isn't always bad, but the pool, spa and grounds where dirty. The room was fairly clean but the AC really didn't work. We ate breakfast at the hotel. It was the standard Hilton buffet and was a little pricey. The eggs and other items where cold. Overall, it didn't have a resort feel.

Great area to stay. Short drive to Palm Springs and surrounding hiking trails. Definitely worth getting a room with a beautiful view of the mountains and golf course. We enjoyed the patio area, large pool, and being able to use the bikes. We would stay again.

The overall property was nice (room size, cleanliness) and was very family friendly. However, they need to upgrade the AC unit as our room was stuffy. A friend was staying in another room and experienced the same. They also need to switch to a smart TV system so guests can order/watch movies. Finally, there is one kitchen that serves the same and very limited menu throughout the property - despite them advertising having different restaurants on the property.

Check in was at 4 but our room is not ready until 7 PM. Paid extra for a fire pit in our patio but the fire pit did not work. It was cold and our heater did not work either. Had to sleep with my jacket on. The room clean staff mentioned being understaffed. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Very limited.

I really enjoyed the Top Golf Swing Suites. My girls and I had a blast playing soccer, football, baseball, and golf. It was very fun and an incredible experience. I would recommend it to people wanting to eat, drink, and play a variety of sports. Im definitely going to do it again.

Lovely stay. The wind picked up and we were not going to be able to use the fire place we paid extra to buy, but thankfully it dies down and we were able to enjoy it. The room did not have bath soap or lotion in the bathroom and the coffee machine was broken. But the beds were comfy and clean.

Our room was missing half of our black out blind and it took 2 days to get that semi straightened out. Front desk staff and catering staff were great and we really enjoyed the Super Bowl party—Chris was a great host!! Pool and hot tub were also very nice.
