"Amazing customer service- cant' wait to go back"
I have no words to describe how caring the staff was, from the cleaners- really lovely and nice-, to the reception team and waitress for the breakfast. The reception guys were extremely nice and helpful, providing 5 stars quality and having a super friendly smile at all times. They were very patient with our poor Italian and even tried to teach us a little bit. Breakfast was very nice too, and the waitress were lovely and always asked whether we were fine or we wanted anything else etc. The experience was very good and I can't wait to go back as I felt like being home. The hotel is very clean, new and unbeliavable good for the price. Definitely recommend it.

"Lovely friendly hotel on the harbour"
The hotel itself is the end building on a pretty harbour front facing a medieval skyline ending on the seaward side with the castle. The harbour front is busy in the evening as restaurants fill up and in the season the harbour road is cut off from 8pm so if you arrive after - park on the road behind (free) and walk down the ramp. Driving first time through the medieval streets after dark is a bit unnerving but the hotel is the furthest building west so its actually easy to find. We were in the Badia Dependance - a street annexe building up a steep hill in the old town. Not good for anyone with mobility problems but great for us as it guaranteed quiet. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotels nearer to the square the other side of town probably do have a noise problem. Hotel offers paid parking down a steep ramp underneath but we found no need. Streets are narrow - if you are hiring a car keep it small!

"Lovely small hotel, close to the beach."
The hotel looks like it was just renovated, everything looked new. We had a large room with a small balcony and a partial view of the Sea.

"Beautiful and welcoming family run guesthouse"
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the beautiful Case D'Anna for 2 nights in August. Aside from the accommodation being attentively decorated, the rooms (more like apartments) being extremely spacious and it being right in the centre of castellamare, our hosts were wonderful. We had arrived by train from Palermo and had anticipated the buses into castellamare (4km) would be working however on this particular Sunday they were not. After there were so no taxis in sight, Giusy, the owners daughter came to pick us up, which we were hugely grateful for. The next day we thought we had worked out the bus/train situation and planned to leave to go to trapani early in the morning and catch the bus o the train station. However we were caught out again as the bus takes you to the station 30mins before the train leaves (which we had not allowed time for) and despite having to run the busy breakfast the owner kindly offered to take us to the station ( and offered us some useful advice that hiring a car next time would make life easier!) Our hosts also ave us invaluable advice about restaurants, day trips, food and local festivals. All in all an excellent place to stay which we'd highly recommend. Thank you again for all your help!!!

"Great place to stay"
Excellent location and very central to all the shops, restaurants, cafés and sites to see. Apartment is spacious and has all the necessary items for a pleasant comfortable stay. Only problem was the property does not own any parking of its own and there is free parking very close, however only if a spot is available. Parking restrictions are also in place around the area after 8pm so if you did have a spot in the above you have to now move your vehicle to avoid a fine. Property recommends a parking station around the corner, €2.50 day and €3 night rates. We used this service however disappointed as the advertisement when booking said "free parking".

This Sicilian city's name translates to Sea Fortress of the Gulf. It is so named because of the medieval fortress in the harbour. Fishing and tourism are the city's main industries.
