The system I booked on redirected me to another page and automaticly changed the date. I accidently booked the wrong date and when I contacted the Hotel before using any of their service, the didnt want to change the date, refund me or give me a voucher. They took my money for nothing!!!

Reception staff were ok. Hotel was very old - from the 60’s. Only one plug available. No tea making facils. Miles from anywhere. Breakfast was ok. Not worth the money paid.

Hotel is located on a dual carriageway It's not noisy, but there is not much local to it Staff are pleasant, and it's a nice place. Rooms and bathrooms really could do with TLC Our toilet flush panel was repaired with sellotape!

Nice hotel with excellent restaurant and service
Friendly staff in nice hotel. Restaurant with excellent food and live music (I was there Friday evening. Possibility of spa in the same building but not included in the price.

Thought we had booked a hotel right in Milan but this was 25 minutes away in an industrial area and it had a picture of another hotel on the website. When we tried to explain this to the hotel staff, they just dismissed us. Would not recommend.

Would not go back!!
Located in the edge of an industrial estate, it wasn’t pretty. My colleague changed rooms twice, once because the standard room was too small and secondly due to noise caused by people moving furniture upstairs. We were on the 3rd floor and we found out that the 4th floor was an event room. This was between 1am and 3 am!! The restaurant looked promising but it was hit and miss if you got everything you ordered. Over the 2 days I missed out on a starter and my colleague didn’t receive French fries. The rooms only cost £60 a night so expect what you pay for.

Very nice
This is my second stay in it and I really like it. My only comment is when you book a suite at least you get a complementary bottle of water in your room or tea. All hotels put water and coffee tray.

Luckily we were there only for a few hours because we had a flight back home early that morning. The hotel was old and a bit creepy. We hardly slept because the air conditioning was rattling so loudly until we finally shut it off but then it became pretty hot. The staff was nice.

Horrible place. Room was malty and smelly. We had to open window for fresh air. Our room was facing to the inner garden where casino staff and customers were smoking cigarettes. They scream and shout all night long. We ask a couple of times to keep quiet but no reaction. On the morning we were exhausted and disguisted of the toxic smells of the room. Keep away from this place.if you are going to Milan better to stay in Milan, there are prices from 25 eur onwards

Nice staff and good free parking.
Good reasonable food and drink. Very helpful and friendly staff. We used it for a travel stop. The only negative thing I have to say is that you have no control over the temperature in your room.

Charming Little Castle
I flew into Milan Malpensa to meet family and go to the 2015 Expo. This hotel was not in the center of the city but on the southern outskirts. Without a car, it would be difficult or expensive to get back and forth to the center of the city. With a car, its very easy to find and not too far from either the city or the Expo. It was very quiet and the rooms are spacious with tasteful décor. I was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool, which I did not have to share but for a few minutes with only a few other guests. It sits on the third floor, so you have plenty of sun and privacy. The restaurant is very open, airy, and pleasing. Breakfast options were good and plenty.

we stayed for two days. Excellent breakfast included and great customer service. Having our own(rented) car helped a lot due to the location of the hotel.

This place is very far from the city, it seems nice in the photos, but there is nothing around it. Not even a corner store to purchase water, not many restaurants besides the one in the hotel, which was just ok. Everything is extra, and spa services are quite pricey. There were also a lot of ants coming into the room.

Not recommended. There better hotels for price
We took 3 superior rooms, When we came, the rooms were hot (about 26 deg) but the air condition was already switched to cooling. We had to open the windows, but than the mosquitoes came. Although written that free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, it only available in floor 1 (of 3), and in few rooms above the lobby in floor 2. In my rooms on floor 2 and floor 3 it wasn't available, and the cable they gave after asking does not help with the tablet and the phone. In the restaurant, which also serves as dining room for breakfast, was full signal of secured network (there no signal of the hotel network there) but the waiter refuse to give the password, claiming that it not working. Breakfast was bellow average in Italy. for example In 3 days was only in one day were eggs, and it were cold boiled eggs. In only one day was fresh bread. Flat but tiny television, like computer screen. Two of the rooms were with simple plastic shower rod and simple nylon curtain, much longer than the rod height. The lavatory seats in these rooms are much taller than average and the legs hang on when you sit on it. Seems to be more like a hostel than 4 star hotel, and far from the pictures in the photo gallery. The hotel looks very nice in pictures but is located between 2 factories, and the only view seen from the rooms is one of the factories. There is spa but there is fee of 30 Euro a day per person to enter it, not including treatment! it's not written in the description of the hotel in Expedia.

Money saver outside Milan
Rent a car, you will need it. Easy to find, right off of the A7 toll road. Nearest park and ride for the metro is at the Famagosta station off of the A7 expressway as well. This hotel advertised having a pool, which was somewhat accurate.... they have one, it was lacking water at the time that we stayed. Since this was one of the reasons that we decided on this hotel, we were quite disappointed, so was our tween and teen that were very much looking forward to it. Our room (2 of 3) lacked air conditioning, again adveritsed. We complained and the situation with the A/C was resolved the following day. The ristorante was fantastic, pizzaeria was fantastic. Be aware that the hotel adds a service fee of 3 euros per person to dine at the ristorante in the evening, yet take out for the pizza was fee free. The staff as stellar. We couldn't have asked for nicer host.

Great town, great hotel!
ALl of the hotel's employees were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent as well. The free breakfast is excellent as well. The rooms were comfortable.

L'hotel da fuori si presenta bene, le stanze sono un po' vecchie e la pulizia nella media. Purtroppo si sente molto il rumore dello scarico del wc delle altre stanze vicine o al piano superiore e questo può risultare abbastanza fastidioso, soprattutto di notte.

Ich hatte vor kurzem das Vergnügen, zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, und es war erneut eine positive Überraschung für mich. Das Hotel bietet eine Vielzahl von Annehmlichkeiten, die meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht haben. Eines der Highlights war der Whirlpool im Zimmer, der für Entspannung und Erholung sorgte. Es war ein wahrer Genuss, nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt in den warmen Blubberblasen zu entspannen. Darüber hinaus gab es einen Außenpool auf der Terrasse oben. Es war ein wahrer Luxus, sich dort zu sonnen und den Tag zu genießen. Das Restaurant des Hotels war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Essen war köstlich und von hoher Qualität. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war angenehm und einladend, was das kulinarische Erlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Das Personal war professionell, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie waren stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und standen uns bei Fragen und Anliegen zur Seite. Die Lage des Hotels war auch sehr praktisch. Es war nur eine 15-minütige Fahrt von der U-Bahnstation entfernt, was es einfach machte, die Stadt zu erkunden und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Die kurze Entfernung zur U-Bahnstation war ein weiterer Pluspunkt für uns. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Kinderfreundlichkeit des Hotels. Wir waren mit unserem Baby dort und das Hotel stellte uns ein schönes Babybett zur Verfügung.

Doppia con letti singoli Dalle foto mi aspettavo di trovare delle stanze più moderne Palestra ben assortita e pulita Colazione è il punto forte della struttura È stata una spiacevole sorpresa scoprire che l'accesso alla spa (sauna e bagno turco senza alcun trattamento ) non è compreso con la prenotazione della stanza come altre strutture del tipo
