“Can't wait to go back”
Great Service, Great People, Oh man the Gym and the people there are awesome, What a great Manager they have at the Gym. Overall we had a great time. The food was great, I wish the Market Place restaurant would include water as part of there buffet price (I do not understand why they don't)
“presque parfait”
hotel top en famille ou en couple. Propre, personnel plus qu'adorable, moyens top, kidz club génial...faut y aller pour le croire. Juste" presque" parfait car les prix de restauration sont un peu élevés quand on connaît les prix au maroc et qu'il faut une voiture, mais el jadida n'est qu'à 10 min en voiture. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellentes vacances, reposantes ou sportives.
“A visiter”
Trés bel ensemble hôtelier offrant toutes les commodités avec un personnel trés professionnel. pour les amoureux de la nature, des sports, du casino et des SPA. Excellente cuisine dans les nombreux restaurants. J'y retournerais volontiers (en groupe c'est encore plus amusant).
“Mazagan Beach Resort : Ideal pour le repos”
Bel Hôtel et bon service, les chambres sont agréables et bien équipées, suffisamment spacieuses, il leur manque une vraie terrasse. La restauration est assez onéreuse. Piscine très agréable et très belle plage. Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est loin de la ville.
“Nice but pricey and service not the best”
Its a nice hotel, but a beer will set you back about £6 a time and cocktails twice as much. A coke about £3.50. Half an hour jetski about £190 and the same for half an hour on a dune buggy. What really lets this place down is the service. You would be standing at the bar with 4 people behind it for 5 or more minutes while they seem to be doing very little. If you speak French, maybe that would help, but good attentive service is not difficult, so there's no excuse. Very small and shallow pool, about average adult waist high at the deepest point. Good casino, some nights we got free drinks while gambling and others not? Service at the casino bar is the worst of all. Considering how much they charge, you would think they would be trying to load you up with drinks, but you actually feel like you're sobering up waiting so long. It was really bad. Hotel transportation ok on price (about £80) for about an hours journey from the airport by air conditioned minbus. So that was good. No shop in the hotel and the beer taps never worked, so only bottles. All seems in keeping with ensuring you're paying top dollar all the way through your stay! Very sneaky, or very clever (whichever way you look at it). Moroccon restuarant, nice, but believe me when I say the music was LOUD, so don't expect any diner conversation! So in all, a nice enough hotel, service could be improved a lot though and it is pricey, which I guess is the biggest rub on the service!
“Very nice resort but you should not leave the place”
The hotel and its amenities are very nice and well kept. If you want to experience surrounding city and get a feel of Marocco you might be dissappointed as it is dirty with garbage all over it and bad smell. If you are fine with sunbathing, swimming in ocean, very nice beaches, wellness and golf opportunities then you will truly enjoy the resort.

superbe hotel, imposant par sa taille mais reposant par son environnement et ses installations. Plage à couper le souffle....Magnifique!

Tres bel hôtel, chambre très confortable. Service d'accueil un peu long. Seulement deux restaurants ouverts lors de notre venue le dimanche soir.

Trés grand resort avec architecture et intérieur maroccain avec goût Signalisation trés mauvaise, surtout de nuit, pour accés à la réception de l'hotel. Pas d'acceuil digne d'un 5*: personnel derrière le comptoir trés débordé, pas de siège et de boisson devant la réception Restauration diversifiée et de bonne qualité au Market Place Eviter le restaurant Fleur de Sel: produits pas trés frais et préparation culinaire insipide Petit Déjeuner en salle copieux et de qualité Parcours de golf trés mal signalé pour les différents trous et pas de schéma sur la carte de score
