The Barceló Anfa Casablanca is a truly stunning hotel that blends modern, contemporary luxury with traditional Moroccan design. The lobby, with its soaring ceilings and elegant furnishings, set the tone for an exceptional stay. My room was equally impressive! Having been upgraded to provide a breathtaking view of the pool area and a bit of the skyline. The on-site restaurant serves up delectable Moroccan and international cuisine in a gorgeous setting, while the bar offers a sophisticated space to enjoy a nightcap. One of the true highlights of our stay, however, was the exceptional level of service provided by the hotel staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive servers in the restaurant, every interaction was characterized by genuine hospitality and a commitment to ensuring our stay was unforgettable. We only stayed for one night. Hotel was nice but the shower right in front of the bed was a bit unusual. We had dinner at the restaurant and thought it was good. We were offered a discount on spa treatment but were unable to take it due to the short stay. Wish they had offered something else to us instead. But we did get a room upgrade so that was nice. The front desk was extremely helpful when we were trying to figure out the best way to handle money exchange.

It’s my second stay at this hotel. Staff is great. I like the area. You can walk to Medina but it’s quieter. Food at the restaurant was disappointing ( had 1 dinner at bar and 1 at restaurant) rooms are big with lots of natural light. Decor is lovely. I would stay there again.

Having the shower and sink in the bedroom was a bit strange, but everything was extremely clean. The maid did not refill the soap container in the shower so that was a bit awkward. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, loved the coffee options. Great concierge, helpful staff.

The staff was very welcoming. The rooms are larger than their European counterparts. The pool area looked very relaxing even though we didn’t have time to use it. This property had an excellent breakfast buffet. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the Medina.

Oasis of Calm in Casablanca :)

Great 3-Night Stay, Amazing Breakfast!
My wife & I had a great three night stay here at the Barcelo. Quick access by taxi or foot to most sites in Casablanca. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge assortment of different foods....so good! We also were able to do a traditional Hamman experience in the hotel (as a couple...which was also very unique as Americans). Mixture of both European spa and Turkish spa :) We had probably the basic room for our stay, but had a great view of the famous mosque. The room was clean and comfortable...if anything the bathroom (own unit) is a bit small. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Unacceptable behavior from some staff
Most of the staff were professional and very helpful Except some of them who were kind of racist to my black friend who Has been questioned multiple times when we were having breakfast, why she’s there and in which room she’s staying, which never happened to me while I’m staying and when we were checking out we remembered charger that we forgot at the room we got back there and we couldn’t find it and we got told that there was nothing there after the cleanup.

At checkout there was a confusion with the charges. The clerk was given two cards to split the stay & it wasn’t done correctly. On our last night Saufiane Amine gave us the best service at restaurant by the pool. We are very thankful!

An Exceptional Stay
I recently stayed at the Barcelo Hotel in Casa Blanca, Morocco, and I had a great experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was lovely. However, what really impressed me was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff, especially Hassan, the head bartender, and Ayae, a staff member in the restaurant area. Hassan went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casa Blanca.

Good hotel, but the guys working at the lobby and security guys that stay in front of the hotel need to be more polite. They never say good morning, totally ignore you, the lady at the front desk Zeinab ( right spelling?) she’s amazing kind! Very professional and with a big smile always!

We arrived in the middle of the night for a quick layover. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a beautiful breakfast with choices of traditional foods. Unfortunately we were only there for a short stay and didn’t have time to see any of the amenities.
