I dont like the fact they use Expedia who after a simple incorrect date was entered, REFUSED to cancel and apply the charges to the correct date. They even had the audacity to blame Baymont by Windom for the stubborness of the change. As a result EXPEDIA will no longer be on our phones as an app to be used at all. If I ever want to stay at another Baymont ever again. Ill go homeless. I think its a shame that Baymont uses and profits from the use of Expedia.

The first impression was the stink on arrival. I thought it must be near a cattle yard but was told that it was the sewer. We were given the wrong room or the bed was a queen instead of a king. The cleaning carts greeted our arrival. The plumbing leaked filling the bath tub about 6 inches. There is no elevator to the second floor.

Property was nice - pretty up to date - staff was very nice. Room was clean except for the hard floors. Breakfast could have been improved upon - no eggs - no sausage or bacon & only a kids flavor of yogurt.

We picked this hotel as it is close to an area where my relatives live so was convenient. We didn't have any negative issues, the hotel is in relatively good condition as it is an older facility. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I made reservations on Travelocity for 4 nights. I was delayed and missed the first night. I was charged for the first night which is standard practice and I had no issue with that. When I called the next morning (Appx 7:00AM) to tell them I was on my way and would be there for the balance of my reservation, they informed me it had been cancelled. I asked them to re-reserve the room for the balance of my stay and they quoted me nightly rates $40 each more than what I had agreed to. I stayed somewhere else where they were happy for my business.

When we arrived to check in there was no restroom to use until we had checked into our actual room. Once we were in our room we called for extra pillows and were told there were none. The toilet ran CONSTANTLY the whole time we were there and overflowed once in the middle of the night and the front desk person could not leave the front desk to help us. (Leave to get a plunger or towels) coffee was terribly watered down very minimal continental breakfast.
