Very friendly and accommodating staff from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the nice woman in the breakfast room. Older motel but clean and safe.

The place seems okay at first, then our heater smelt like a fire so we could t use it. The final straw was the roach we found with its babies in the bathroom. So gross.!

This is an older property. It was likely nice 40 years ago but is showing its age in many aspects. All rooms open directly to the outside. It did have a well prepared if limited free breakfast and all the staff we interacted with were really good. It served its purpose as a place to sleep for a single night but if you were planning to make a long term stay I would look for another property.

The complimentary breakfast and amenities were good. However, our room had a musty smell. The bathroom also could’ve used a good mopping and better ventilation too.

All was poor quality for the price - bedding, towels, furniture. No water in the gym or machine. Girls was nice upon checkin.

There was rust all over the bathroom. The controls on the tub /shower did not work. The TV did not work and we asked for assistance and received the comment, "well someone looked at it and it is too late to do anything about it now". There was a bullet hole in the window. The only positive I can say is the wonderful lady who runs the breakfast was so uplifting.

This property was one of worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The best thing I can say was the sheets were clean and it was the only reason we stayed, aside from the fact it was prepaid. We knew it was a low budget hotel and didn’t expect much. But it had a pool and hot tub and the location was important. The pool and hot tub was out of service. When I asked the front desk staff. She shrugged her shoulder and said it’s not working. The headboard in our room was falling off the wall. So they moved us to another room. The curtains very old and dirty, the shears ripped. The carpets old and filthy. The fridge door wouldn’t close because the shelf that held it was rotted and mouldy. Fixtures in bathroom rusted. Tubs and toilet patched and stained. Housekeeping was friendly.

Despite the fact that there were certain things that weren’t good, there were good things that made up for it. The good: Great and respectful staff and service. Clean and organized areas and hotel room. Denny’s was in the same parking lot next to this hotel. They had a workout room that I enjoyed working out in. Convenient location in Casa Grande. The bad: I paid for a $1.50-$2.00 soda and got $0.50 back in change from the vending machine. Also, three different beverages in the vending machine I wanted were sold out. Was unable to get change from the front desk because they no longer accept cash. Could only get one channel on the TV.

The property is very quite and i felt safe during my stay. The manager(Emily) is so nice, very approachable. She allowed me to stay in breakfast room so I can have my virtual job interview.

The night we arrived , I asked called the front desk to let her know our TV wasn’t working. She came to help out but couldn’t figure it out herself. All night we weren’t able to watch the TV. Around 3 you could also hear people talking very loud outside the hallway . Bad experience

The hotel was in a great area and we are glad we chose it. The water is hit or miss in the shower as far as temperature goes, there is spilled paint on the tub, the lav faucet leaks when turned on. The window did not close or lock and the bed is rock hard, but it’s also priced accordingly.
