I was on the first floor and it was so noisy, constant chatter near to my room One of the nights around midnight people decided to have loud conversations that woke me up . The male desk clerk was not friendly. Tried calling the front desk and they would never pick up the phone

Great location, room was clean and spacious. On one night, customers were loud and noisy throughout the night. This location has a lot rooms with no visible security. There were plenty of video surveillance equipment. In event of a security issue, you are own on. However, other security concerns this location was above average.

Easy and convenient shopping food, freeways activities, local grocery stores car washes has it all property is very well. Kept clean for the most part inside and out newly remodeled. Very nice staff and employees are very nice.

I've stayed here a handful of times. It's only gotten better. My only gripe is that there is no elevator so if you get a room on the second floor you have to carry everything up the stairs. Other than that the place is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and polite.

Overall the staff is rude and unaccommodating. Room is rarely cleaned, you ask for clean linens, towels etc and they will only give you one. My friend and I are working nights, and he had paid for his room for a week, and the next day they called him in the middle of his sleep saying he needed to pay. After telling them he just paid for the week, they said he needed to come to the front. After he came to the front and showed them a receipt, they magically "found" it and said the person forgot to enter it into the system. So. Unethical? Maybe. At best negligent to the point where it can cost you sleep, peace of mind, and hundreds of dollars.

Probably the best Motel 6 I've stayed at, and there have been many. This was a decent area of Carson, CA and dog friendly. Staff was very professional and courteous.
