Super nice staff for what seemed like a family owned franchise. For what you’re paying for the room is what it is. Clean, plenty of towels and other amenities like a hair dryer, iron and board etc. Room was surprisingly quiet. My next door neighbors came out of their car talking very loudly and sudden went silent once inside the room. Definitely a plus for travelers looking for nothing but a great rest.

My stay at Days Inn Newnan, GA
Service was excellent and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Adequate towels and room service was provided and was excellent. The room had a big screen TV, microwave and small refrigerator. All the appliances were clean and in good working condition. I would have rated this stay as 5 stars, but I was required to leave a $50 cash deposit upon arrival and was subjected to a room inspection before receiving my $50 back upon leaving. I thought that was strange. I'm a retired Major USAF.

Okay if you are just staying for a short time. Room was clean but lots of stains on the carpet, some on the bedding. Some tears in the bedding too. The room overall was kinda dingy and I could tell the ceiling had been patched a lot. Front desk staff was ridiculously slow - I checked in at 10pm and had one person in front of me and it took her 15 minutes to get her all set, she was still moving at snails speed for me and only activated one of two key cards I was handed. This was fine for a short stay but not the nicest, the 2.5 star rating is fitting.

The security cameras throughout were . reassuring. There's nothing really around there so you're better off going down to the next exit about 3 miles away. Room was clean but needed to be aired out for a couple hours because the stench of marijuana was so strong (this was a smoking room). Water pressure and fan unit were underwhelming. "Breakfast included" is very misleading unless a muffin or a banana is what you're looking for. Alarm clock/radio started emiting noises around 1 a.m. which made us wonder if someone was listening to us.

Cash deposit only
Not mentioned in website cash only $50 deposit needed before you can check in. I had to travel to the nearest ATM to get cash. Room not cleaned well. White comforters had stains and cigarette holes. Sink faucet was broken hanging when we got there. Too tired to complain and change room and I feel it was double bed not queen size beds. Not using Days Inn anymore. Very disappointed.

The floors in the room was dirty. The phone wasn't clean was afraid to use it. The bed wasn't made up properly. I had room 110, and every night someone would start their truck which had loud tail pipes right outside my window, and let it run for at least an hour. Never ever would I stay at this place again. To much money and not worth it.

Cash Deposit Required to Stay
Didn’t even bother staying, I booked ahead two days before coming. Got to the check in window and was greeted by the man at the front desk. He asked for my ID for verification, which I gave him, and proceeded to ask me for a $50 cash deposit which would be returned the following morning after check out. My card was already on file with the hotel so I didn’t understand why a cash deposit would be required to stay one night. I opted out of staying after being asked to pay cash which did not go toward the total payment of the room. $150 for one night at this MOTEL at best is a hard pass. Also, the lobby smelled horrible.

Bathroom floors
I was giving Rm 129 the bathroom sink water went out slow & the floors was dirty also inside the restroom hair & dirt all on the floor. I like the hotel it's always an peaceful stay . But they need to do more with the cleaners of the bathroom area floors & hair on the wall in the shower. Other than that it's an great hotel
