“Sleepless in San Juan”

We chose this small hotel based on the details that it wasn't a chain, good beach location, and the rooms have ocean views. We had a lovely view of the parking lot, but worse than that our room was over the disco, which thumped out the tunes until the wee hours of the morning (after 4 Am). We were hoping to find an oasis in San Juan but had a miserable night watching the clock. We couldn't leave because our car was blocked in and we would have to head through the party to even find hotel staff. We did fax a letter of complaint to the owner but did not get any response.
