“Very Impressed”

Hotel was extremely clean and easy to find. I had interactions with guest services and housekeeping and several other employees all were extremely nice and helpful. They always made eye contact and said hi or hello. The location for my room was very accessable since we were on the go for most of our trip. Its was very accommodating and relaxing. It was very affordable and blew other hotels in the area out of the water. I highly recommend this hotel if your are in the area or even if you have to travel a few extra miles to get here.

“Convenient and GREAT Customer Ser vice”

This was a great place out of the city! The customer service was impeccable. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft at 3:30 AM on the way to the airport and the head engineer came in his pajamas to get them out for me! I will not stay ANYWHERE else when I go to Chicago!

“What a pleasant experience!”

We arrived when the hotel was very busy, but they quickly found our Expedia arrangements and actually upgraded us for free when they realized our standard room was not available. The suite was terrific and very clean, but the personnel were exceptional. They helped us find eating places, a medical clinic for an unexpected issue, and were generally helpful and pleasant. It was a great experience in a clean, quiet, accessible, and affordable hotel.

“Nice place to stay”

Nice hotel. Shows some signs of age here and there but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Very close to Wheaton College (about 10 minutes away) if you are planning in visiting a student there although a GPS is helpful as you travel through some residential neighborhoods to get there.

“Very accommodating staff!!”

The hotel staff has to be the highlight of our stay at this hotel. We were there for our daughter's graduation from Wheaton College, and the staff provided transportation for our family to the College, train station for when we went into downtown Chicago, & local restaurants. They were very attentive, efficient, and hospitable, providing the kind of service we'd expect to find in luxury hotels. As a bonus, the hotel very very conveniently located to a large shopping mall where we were able to take advantage of a special one-day sale at Macy's!

“great hotel”

We stayed for one night. The hotel is convienient to everywhere in the west suburbs and downtoan. The facilities were surprisingly nice.
