I usually do not write bad reviews but my stay here was only for one night and it was terrible. No one would ever expect to be woken up at 2AM to a smoke alarm not once not twice but THREE times! It was absolutely a terrible experience and will not be coming back here. I feel like all guests from the night of March 12, should be compensated for this. It woke up me and my family and caused panic. I called the front desk and I understand it’s not his fault his explanation to me was that they were fixing the elevator and it was causing the smoke alarms to go off.

We realize evacuation in the middle of the night is not a pleasant experience. However, in a situation such as this, the safety of our guests takes priority over everything else. I flew in from LA with my daughter and husband and my baby girl. Stayed in a 2 queen size beds. Beds were absolutely hard m, very uncomfortable. I was NEVER told There was construction right next to my window. Heard nothing but drilling, hammering noises. We NOT able to get any sleep with all the noise. Following morning again we were woke. To banging on the walls, sounds like a very loud vacuum, laughing and talking in Spanish in the hall way. I got out of bed to see what all that noise was and it was 2 cleaning people slamming doors, talking very loud in the hall way and its was just a very horrible experience. Tossing and turning we were NOT able to sleep. I have complained to the front desk and spoke with a person by name of Dhuruv and he stated he would pass the message to the Gen. Manager. Never received NO CALLBACK. I ended go downstairs speaking with another front desk person and again left another manager on site. I am requesting a full refund of my stay at the Holiday Inn. I was never informed there was construction going on next door. I was not able to open my blinds due to the construction next door and workers able to see in my room. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. All around horrible experience. Due to all issues we were forced to check out and had to stay at another hotel that caused us to spend more money. Very upsetting... Horrible management service. I demand a FULL REFUND.

Our stay was once again very satisfactory. There was a delay in checking in but the staff made sure that we were being updated of what's going on. Because of that, we were given complimentary breakfast and a goodie bag which we are thankful for.

Hotel was fine for one night. Nothing fancy but convenient and clean. A bit noisy from the garbage trucks early. Didn’t have breakfast but plenty of places local. I would stay here again when in area.

The property is everything a guest needs to relax at the end of a busy day. It was easy to find and close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

Staff are very helpful. The room is a good basic hotel room, no issues. Breakfast is consistently good. The evening happy hour could have more drink options and a more experienced bartender.

This was our second stay here. Property was nice and staff were friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only negative would be the bathroom has a lack of real counter space but otherwise a great stay.
