The breakfast was amazing. The staff are super nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and a work of art. This hotel has so much character, it was sad to leave.

Ay the beginning they didn’t give us an upgrade, after a day staying in that amazing hotel, they did give us an upgrade to a bigger, better suits. Staff were always available, very friendly. Amazing breakfast! Highly recommended!!! They made our stay fantastic!! I have only words of gratitude and will recommend the hotel to everyone!! Thank you for everything!!

This place is a once in a lifetime experience. What an amazing place start to finish. We were there in December so it was cool, which made the fireplaces nicer. The pool went unused but we loved our room and the restaurants. The tasting dinner was amazing with local food. The hotel room was so awesome and so comfortable. What a delight!

Kayakapi is a beautiful and serene place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to people who want time away from the bustling towns/cities. Walking from Urgup to the hotel would require at least 15 minutes of 'climbing' uphill so be mindful if you are travelling on foot.

So special despite the rain!
It was amazing. It rained a lot of the time - but I didn’t mind. The room was so comfortable and the hotel services and facilities were great! The gym and the sauna were great- however only available in the evening - but that’s ok… the hamam also looked wonderful though I didn’t try - I chatted with the staff who seemed to take alot of pride in their work. The restaurant was also great! Breakfast was huge! Also the dinner menu was creative and delicious. The location was also good - away from the crowds and still in the caves - the property was beautifully kept and the views were special. It was difficult to leave!

Amazing hotel with the best views - staff very friendly and helpful - rooms are real caves which makes the visit memorable - bathrooms are like spas in the rooms - we want to come back to enjoy it even more.

The property is beautiful. The staff was the best. They are so helpful and hospitable. This hotel is a destination in itself. We regret that we don’t stay longer. Definitely going back. Recommend at least 2 nights.

This hotel is unique, beautiful and peaceful. It is high up on a hill by itself and has excellent views. The pool and hamam are lovely and relaxing. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast and the lunch and dinner menu is varied and everything is delicious. The menu prices are also very reasonable for the food quality.

Fabulous hotel on mountainside with rooms carved into caves. Stunning views. Fantastic service. The restaurant is also excellent. Being on a mountain facade, getting around requires a buggy but the reception sends them promptly. Some of the cave-rooms are a little musty but that is to be expected. Though pricey very highly recommended.

The property was outstanding, but more important was the quality of service we received from the guest services representative Nihal. We booked at the very last minute. She went above and beyond to accommodate us.She booked us a wine tasting with shuttle service from the boutique hotel, whirling dancers with a cab to take us and wait for us after the show, red line tour, private jeep tour, sunset camel ride, lovely dinner by the pool, spa services and much much more. Truly remarkable service by all of the staff! Daily breakfast was amazing, made to order omlettes and waffles with full turkish breakfast. Views were spectacular. Cleaning staff was great, wonderful toiletries. Golf carts to transport you everywhere. The turkish spa was delightful, I actually feel asleep, lol! Thank you for an amazing trip.

Unbelievable stay
Absolutely amazing place to stay, slightly out of the very touristy Goreme, with a nice town nearby. The rooms we stayed in (Glorious Cave Suite) was incredible, with our own private hamam. Lots of lovely little extras, like the ability to light a fireplace and lifts to the town were great. The breakfast was also really great. Can't recommend this place enough, it's definitely worth it.

The staff was wonderful, our room was kindly upgraded after request to amazing cave room with all the amenities! Although outside the town, the hotel offers complimentary transport to town and view of the valley below is spectacular. Highly recommend!

It was a magical experience with the most friendly and helpful staff that made our stay the most comfortable and beautiful. Easily can say it is one of the best properties in Cappadocia and would surely go back and stay with this property again.
