“Hip Hotel in the Centre of Cape Town”
This central hotel on Long Street gave you good access to restaurants and bars. Easy taxi ride or walk to Cape Town's main attractions. Hotel staff very helpful re booking taxis, trips or giving you advise as to what to see or do. They also arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport late at night.
“Great service all round”
Had a wonderful stay here. Even extended our stay by one night we were so impressed! All the staff were very helpful, from the front desk to the porters. The great restaurant staff and delicious food meant we ate here several times during our stay. The turn down service complete with sweets on the pillow was an unexpected and lovely touch. The only slight problem was that the shower screen did not stop the bathroom floor from getting wet and we had to use an unnecessary amount of towels to keep it dry. Housekeeping always did a good job of returning the bathroom back to normal. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
“Wonderful Stay!”
After staying one night in a local township, we wanted to treat ourselves to a nice place - and the Metropole delivered, from excellent check in service, to the little touches through-out, we enjoyed our stay here - recommended!

A small but very friendly upmarket hotel with bags of character in a great location. Rooms and service excellent. Their restaurant "The Veranda" very nice too. Ask for a table "on the veranda" - overlooks Long Street.

“Fantastic Hotel Metropole”
The metropole was a fantastic place to stay. Room was brilliant and the beds so comfortable. Staff were so warm and friendly.Bar staff in the M Bar were were great fun. House keepers dedicated, The cleanliness of the hotel was top rate. Food served in the cafe again was fantatic. Really a welcoming establishment. would definately stay there again.

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel with one small exception. The one and only thing I didn't care for was the service at the rooftop bar. Conidering the great quality of the hotel and the restaurant downstairs I would stay here again.
“Un très beau boutique hôtel dans le centre ville du Cap”
L'hôtel situé dans le Centre Ville est une excellent base pour découvrir les charmes du Cap et de sa région. Le service est efficace et aimable. Le design très contemporain. Le restaurant "La Véranda" sert une cuisine internationale de qualité. On peut juste regretter l'absence de salle de gym et un choix limité de chaînes TV dans les chambres.
