“I would like to go back.”
This 3 star hotel was all that it should have been. Very spacious and the employees were most friendly. They also spoke good English. The daily full breakfast was superb (every day). My wife also liked the hotel very much (and she is a bit harsher in her likes/dislikes).
“Capetown Africa, Best Western”
Our group had 8 people and we had two suites. The rooms were fabulous. The hotel provided buses that took us everywhere we wanted to go. We all loved it.
“Good value hotel”
This Hotel was excellent value for the price we paid.We had a three bed suite that worked well with having teenagers and a grandparent in the same party....Staff really friendly and hotel clean but basic.
“What a bargain and with the best customer service!”
I stayed at the Best Western as I know it's a familiar brand and I was travelling alone. I chose wisely and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are just so friendly and accommodating. My TV wasn't getting the best reception late one night but the kind staff came out and fixed it for me and it was perfect. The shuttle service to the main attractions must be booked in advance but reliable. There is WIFI throughout for Internet fans. The rooms were massive, unless I was just lucky as it was quiet. It did get very hot in the main room because of the heatwave and there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The living room has it though. Had my own kitchen facilities but to be honest, I ate out all the time but good to know I had a nice big fridge to chill my wine in! I was definitely go back to this hotel. Cape Town generally is a stunning and interesting place.

Hoetl indigne d'un 4 etoiles : proprete tres limite, tres bruyant, confort OK... pour un 2 etoiles en France probablement. Mais personnel tres gentil.
“Time for a makeover”
The hotel felt a bit old and not in a charming way. Wifi was expensive and not very good. But the location was good and the staff friendly.
