“Great Overall Value”
Great hotel...friendly staff...nice hot tub and pool!
“A perfect location!”
You can not beat this hotel or location when staying on the Cape.
“Great family accomodation”
We loved the children's pool. The rooms were clean & the people were very friendly at the hotel. Service at the restaurant was a little slow so would advise to eat out.
“Nice Place for Families with Kids”
Hotel was great for my 9 year old to play with other kids on the beach. The grounds were very well maintained. We had a lower lever room which was great for beach access. The rooms have very thin walls. Stay on the second floor if you are a light sleeper. The young people that they have working there were very nice and helpful. The young staff did very well with the kids and I am guessing they are trained to say YES to guest.... that was a nice change! The hotel provides you with as many beach chairs and umbrella's that you ask for! The hotel provides free beach chairs, umbrella's and parking. That was wonderful.
“Comfortable Family Hotel”
The hotel was clean inside and out. The location was perfect both in terms of access to the rest of the Cape and the hotel layout right on the beach. The staff was friendly and available most of the time. The outside pool sits right in the middle of the three buildings just off the beach. Although the jacuzzi was only open till 9 PM (drawback if you want to relax with a drink), it was a welcome amenity. Even in August the evening temp dropped a little, so the inside pool and jacuzzi came in handy. 11 and 6 year old kids had plenty of activities on and off the beach. Was a great vacation overall.
“Great hotel! We were very happy with it.”
We arrived at the hotel early ang though it was not yet check in time, there was a room available so they allowed us to check in. The woman was very friendly and efficient. The room was easy to get to with parking directly outside the room. The hotel is old but very well cared for and clean. I am very picky about that and I was very happy with the room. The pools were great. Both heated so even though the temperatures were a little cool we were still able to enjoy it. The spa facilities at their sister hotel down the road were great. I had a fig & pomegranate pedicure and my friend had a swedish massage. We both had a good time. The hotel is right on the beach and provides chairs and umbrellas which makes things much easier. There is coffee available in the office every morning and there is a restaurant on the premises. We ended up not eating there but it was nice to have the option to just walk across the parking lot. The beds were comfortable and I loved that the rooms all have small refrigerators so we could unpack our cooler instead of having to keep going for ice. The only problem the whole time was the dead bolt on our door didn't work but about 30 minutes after I told them about it, the maintenance man was there to fix it. I would definitely stay here again.
“Cape cod's best resort complex”
We just wanted a simple, calm get away for a few days that would give us fun at the beach and easy access to the rest of the cape. Riviera beach was perfect. We felt all the comforts of a carribean beach resort. Clean and convenient with helpful and friendly staff. This is definitely a mustbreturn place.
“ok to come back on this place.”
ok for summer time & beach
“excellent for a family stay”
Very nice beach, great location. Yes, bathrooms are not the state of the art, but it's not very important to me. Large rooms, great view, nice groudns, very friendly staff - I like that!
“Great location. More of a family place. Sister Hotel next door was more our style.”
We really liked the location. Room was okay though not as upscale as we are accustomed to. The sister hotel next to us would have been a better choice for us though the staff was nice, it was more of a mid level family place.
