Hotel was okay, leider Zimmer in Poolnähe

Posted 29-Jun-2015

Nice hotel, close to waterfront

Posted 23-Jun-2015
Pros: The location was perfect for us...close to downtown and waterfront.
Cons: Staff friendliness and fix the doors.
Location: Near to the waterfront, ferries to the islands, and the Dinner Train which we took.
I liked the hotel, very comfortable and the room was decorated very nicely. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom pretty clean, but we didn't like the setup of the sink outside the bathroom, no privacy from the rest of the room. On the downside was a broken patio door on our room, didn't lock very well and the screen was missing so we couldn't sit on the balcony with the door open. Also the noise from the room upstairs was significant, you could hear footsteps from people walking back and forth well into the night. The front desk staff was pretty efficient but not friendly, they need to learn how to smile and make people feel welcome!

Perfect location for walking around harbor.

Posted 22-Jun-2015
The Hyannis Harbor Hotel was perfectly situation near the Hyannis harbor. It was close to restaurants, beaches and downtown shopping. The room was clean, but dated. Outdoor patios are not private, which was disappointing. The pool and on-site restaurant and bar were great!

Added fees!

Posted 6-Jun-2015
Rooms were big bit not real clean! $25 resort fee and $15 parking fee for each day! Ridiculous since you had to get someone to come open indoor pool if you wanted to use it! Then they sit there the whole time! Convenient to ferries!

Nice Quaint Hotel

Posted 6-Jun-2015
Pros: Cost effective; large rooms; swimming pool; outdoor eating and relaxing area with fire pit; kitchenette area in room
Cons: Update bathroom and update kitchenette, especially countertop.
Location: Nice location; close to ferries to the 2 islands; beaches located nearby
Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Can be used as base to do daily trips to visit other Cade Cod towns - all within an hour or less drive. Close to shops and restaurants, beaches. Easily walk to different restaurants and cafes. Spanky's Clam Shack is cost effective compared to others and easily within walking distance from hotel. Kitchenette in room allows you to purchase fruits and other snacks so you can easily store for daily use.

Review of Hotel

Posted 5-Jun-2015
Pros: Everything. Very neat and clean.
Cons: There was only two shelves in the bathroom to put your things on and the sink slanted forward. I feel there should be a vanity with a counter top.
The hotel is at a GREAT location. You can get on the ferry right across the street. Main street is just a couple blocks away. Nice walk. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

It's OK for the price

Posted 30-May-2015
Pros: Centrally located, can walk to restaurants etc.
Cons: Updated the furnishings and get rid of the musty smell.
Had to stay in Hyannis on business for a couple of days. Usual chain hotels are almost double the price from my stay in April, so I went through Expedia. Hotel is clean, but dated. Also the rooms have a musty smell to them, probably from being closed all winter. Also, got hit with an additional $15.00 per night plus tax parking fee. Never mentions that when you book through Expedia. In the end, you get what you pay for.
