Stayed in Hyannis at the beginning of October at the end of our New England Tour. Good hotel in pleasing location. Great restaurants nearby. Most facilities closed as the end of season - pity!

This stay was disappointing and I put the blame at hotels.com's door. The hotel was closing for the season on the day we left. Their restaurant was closed already, and because of staffing, the beautiful indoor pool had to be accessed by calling the front desk, where they would send someone to unlock the pool door and sit with the patrons using the pool Because the hotel was understaffed, this process made it very uncomfortable to guests who just wanted to site by the pool and read and take an occasional dip.Our slider was difficult to open and close but when we called, someone came, shut it tight, put the security bar in place, but nothing was done to improve operation. The room and bathroom were excellent and very clean, and the mattress and bedding were top notch. Location is great.

Exploring the Cape

Cons: Would be nice to include breakfast but we did enjoy Persy's.
Room was a corner one and was huge - with 2 double beds and lots of window. Liked the fact that the sink and counter were outside of the toilet and shower area making it easier for 2 people to share. Very comfortable.

Pros: Great location and unique style.
Cons: Walls seemed paper thin. We could hear conversations in neighboring rooms.
Meh+ Sees like it would be a happening spot during the summer.

From the parking lot, with our luggage, we had to navigate up a flight stairs, across a boardwalk, up another flight of stairs, down another flight of stairs, then down a dark hall. Thank God my husband is strong enough to make 3 trips with our luggage, there is NO WAY elderly people could do this. It is unacceptable! The shower, obviously repainted, had a HUGE chip of paint missing. The toilet clogged 2 times in our 3 days there. The front desk had no way of making change for the laundry machines. My husband had to use the soda machine to make change. There were 10 people waiting to use the 2 washer/dryer because they have so many people using them from the tour buses. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Pros: Room size and facilities - a small kitchenette was good
Location: Cape Cod beaches were the highlight for us
This hotel is in a good location in Hyannis and the room size is decent, with comfy bed. Unfortunately no breakfast as season is over for 2013

Pros: Location.
Nice hotel, good value. I was there in October so the restaurant was not open although there were excellent restaurants within walking distance. Outside pool was not open - too cold but there is an indoor pool. Room was nice, clean, quiet. We chose the hotel for the proximity to the Nantucket ferry and it was perfect.

When we got to the hotel we were excited to have a room that was quite with a nice view, however that did not happen. Our view was of a parking lot and at six thirty the following morning we woke up to the sound of laundry carts being pushed up and down the halls. The cleaning staff was also very loud when talking to each other. When I requested a room change the staff at the front desk was very helpful and friedly. However when I got to the new room and one plugged in our phone chargers the lights next to the bed and the alarm shut off. For the money that was paid I was disappointed with this hotel.
