“was impressed”
the hotel was clean and the worker was very accomodating. the only concern I had was a minor one, we had 4 people in our room and they only supplied 3 towels. The hotel was convienent to everything , restaurants , shops and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
“Great stay in Hyannis”
This hotel is literally right on main street and is near everything you could need. There is an amazing breakfast place called Persy's practically next door. Our room was nice and was everything we were looking for. Wifi was great, we were on instantly! Bathroom was always really clean and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was a nice plus. Enjoy!
“Great Hotel!”
Stayed at the Heritage House Hotel for a long weekend, as soon as we walked in the door we were impressed! The front desk staff was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about Hyannis, the room was spacious & clean, our room (in the main building) had a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The hotel was located on Main Street, so it was easy to walk both on Main Street & a only a few minutes walk down to the harbor and the beach. Would stay at the Heritage House again on my next visit to Hyannis.
“Excellent budget hotel”
We are retirees and visit places "off-season" and "off-peak", as, Cape Cod staying the evening of Memorial Day (everybody else going back to work or school) We have stayed at Heritage three times, excellent value for the money. Beds are comfortable, pool & spa actually are in operation, staff very friendly. Rooms are very simple, no frills, justa great, clean place to stay if money is important. We will return.
“The Best Location”
Fabulous hotel for the very best location! Walk to docks and catch a ferry to the Islands, watch fisherman return with their catch, 2 great resturants. Or, head up main street to the many shops, resturants, merry go round or bars. Two beautiful pools, jacuzzi, resturant and bar with entertainment all on site. Choose an upper level room, lower level had quite a musty smell to it. Very clean and wonderful hotel management! Will definatley go again.
“Heritage House Getaway”
The hotel is very nice and very clean which is important to me. I stayed in the main lobby which was convenient however if you were to be in separate building Im not sure what the experience would be. The hotel is in a great location, right on main st. and close to everything. The wifi is not reliable and mostly only works in the main lobby. The staff is very nice and the room was always kept clean. I wouldn't do an extended stay there but for a short getaway the location and price are good.
“Great location”
The Heritage House Hotel is located in the perfect spot - right on Main Street in Hyannis. We walked to dinner every night, to the fireworks on the 4th, and to breakfast every morning. We drove about a mile to the beaches, but that wasn't a big deal. The balcony overlooking the pool had a view of Main Street, so we got to watch the 4th of July parade from our balcony.
“Great Room For A Great Price”
We stayed down in Hyannis for 4 days, and the hotel was better than we expected. We were on the third floor with a great view of Main Street and the Outdoor Pool. The room was cleaned everyday - although the sheets weren't straightened everyday, the bed was made. The hotel supplied us with more than enough supplies and towels. The location of this hotel was perfect and we did alot of walking while on vacation - both on Main Street and down the the Harbor. The hotel staff was nice; however, we didn't see many adults. The hotel was clean and up to date. The outdoor and indoor pool & hottub were also nice - especially since the weather was in the 90s and humid all week. We would definitly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again for a stay down in Hyannis.
“Great location”
Hotel was under remodling but our room was perfect for our trip and very handy in the center of Hyannis. We visited the entire Cap and would stay at this hotel again.
“Very convenient to the ferry”
We just spent 5 nights at the Heritage House in Hyannis and we were very pleased wilth the service. The hotel was convenient to everything we planned to do. We walked to the Kennedy museum, memorial, ferry, restaurants and shops. The indoor pool and spa were clean. The room was quite comfortable with a balcony and chairs. Lots of parking.
