“Great hotel with excellent ammenities”
Very nice hotel, extermely welcoming staff, decent location on the main highway in South Yarmouth but not within walking distance to any beaches. Excellent indoor and outdoor pools, a real hit with the kids. Try and get a room that backs onto the pool and has a balcony or patio. Rooms are decently sized and comfortable, but fairly standard. Perfect hotel for a family with kids.

The people were friendly, the rooms were clean & we loved the pool! It was a family friendly hotel. It had a great location next to shops & a great ice cream shop.

“Clean and welcoming!”
I've stayed at this Clarion on two separate occasions. It was excellent both times (and these visits were about a year apart). The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and large, the beds are comfortable, and the pool area is great! The pool is clean and the water is warm. An extra bonus is the sauna - there is one in the women's dressing area and one in the men's. The pool also stays open until 10:30 p.m. which is a real bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!
“GREAT”
The pool,hot tub and excersise area was wonderful! I had originally planned only one night but stayed an additional night. Close to area shopping and dining. Overall a VERY pleasant stay
“apr vaca with granddaughter”
we took our grandaughter here to 2 nights on apr vaca. the pool was just perfect for her and us. the cookies were the best and we loved the coffee and tea always. the area is great so many things to do and see. we cant wait to go back.
“Nice cape getaway”
Not a fancy hotel but nicely updated and very clean (especially in comparison with other hotels/ motels in the area). The staff were pleasant and helpful without being annoying or overbearing. The pool and hot tub are nice, clean and not too crowded. The breakfast restaurant in the hotel had good, reasonably priced food and kind, capable staff. Family oriented but also a nice place for couples or friends getaway. We've stayed here several times in the past and will continue to visit regularly. There are cheaper places to stay in the area but you really get what you pay for.

“Would use this hotel again”
We enjoyed staying at this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, bagels, muffins.
“Clean and efficient with great pool experience”
The hotel would be a fine off season experience. Since it is next to a fabulous ice cream parlor and faces Route 28 you would be wise to ask for a second floor room near the rear on the opposite side. The pools were immaculate and well kept. New outdoor furniture a plus. The rooms were moderate sized but certainly a good choice for the budget minded.
