Nice quiet location. Heating and cooling workedPosted 5-Oct-2014
Pros: Fridge and good beds
Cons: warm bathroom
Location: Hit the beach and Ptown
Torential rain but still good. Nice location, not too close to traffic. We were only there for one night so can't say much. Very close to many restaurants. 30 min from Ptown. Gas stations close. Must see, State Beach

What a wonderful place to stay!Posted 19-Sep-2014
Pros: Close to everything, nice atmosphere.
Cons: the only negative is that we ate at a place called Bob's about 1 mile from there. WORST FOOD EVER!!! first time in my life I complained to the owner.
Location: 20 minutes from Provincetown, 5 minutes from Nauset Beach.
We stayed there off season, the weekend after Labor Day. It was not fancy, but so cozy and nice. The back door opens to a large picnic area and the mood of the place was just so nice. Very nice owner who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Again, this is not a fancy place, quite simple, but I plan to stay there many more times. It was perfect for us.

Good find.Posted 7-Sep-2014
Cons: Only downside was relatively noisy refrigerator (a problem for only one of the mothers).
Needed a place to stay for 2 mothers and their 2 adult male children. Were provided two connecting rooms, which provided both privacy and access between the rooms. Very clean. Outdoor area, green and away from the road, for relaxing. Good location: Access to beach by car, to Route 6 for travel to other towns. Would stay again and recommend to others for short stays.

Great location, close to great beachesPosted 31-Aug-2014
Great price and location. Close to the best beaches on Cape Cod. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfotable, the shower water pressure was poor/came out as a mist. Walls were thin and the place was falling apart.

Reasonable motel, good value for money .Posted 29-Aug-2014
Staff were really nice. The pool was fine (although a little chilly). The beds were comfy, TV was fine and there was a refrigerator in the room. Good central location with some good local restaurants .

I love spiders, but wow. Too many different species to keep track of in this place... There was Sheelab hanging in front of the door to her lair of minions... And then I killed 6 minions, on UNDER THE SHEETS, and the others on the ceiling above the bed, and in the general area. I also missed eliminating a fast medium sized black one in the bathroom. Other than the spiders, the lady at the front was almost entertainingly troubled by having to pop out of the back room to check us in. The room is otherwise what you would expect for a cheap beach motel.
