Pros: It's close to everything we like to do.
Cons: Remove spider web's in corner's of bathroom.
Location: Lot's of places to eat, close to Provencetown, & all the good beaches are within 10 minute's of the hotel.

Good find.Posted 7-Sep-2014
Cons: Only downside was relatively noisy refrigerator (a problem for only one of the mothers).
Needed a place to stay for 2 mothers and their 2 adult male children. Were provided two connecting rooms, which provided both privacy and access between the rooms. Very clean. Outdoor area, green and away from the road, for relaxing. Good location: Access to beach by car, to Route 6 for travel to other towns. Would stay again and recommend to others for short stays.

Great location, close to great beachesPosted 31-Aug-2014
Great price and location. Close to the best beaches on Cape Cod. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfotable, the shower water pressure was poor/came out as a mist. Walls were thin and the place was falling apart.

Reasonable motel, good value for money .Posted 29-Aug-2014
Staff were really nice. The pool was fine (although a little chilly). The beds were comfy, TV was fine and there was a refrigerator in the room. Good central location with some good local restaurants .

I love spiders, but wow. Too many different species to keep track of in this place... There was Sheelab hanging in front of the door to her lair of minions... And then I killed 6 minions, on UNDER THE SHEETS, and the others on the ceiling above the bed, and in the general area. I also missed eliminating a fast medium sized black one in the bathroom. Other than the spiders, the lady at the front was almost entertainingly troubled by having to pop out of the back room to check us in. The room is otherwise what you would expect for a cheap beach motel.

Overnighting on the lower Cape Cod.Posted 23-Aug-2014
Property is handy to many sites of interest on the lower Cape Cod, including Provincetown. Staff is very good. Property is kept up to standards.

Pros: It was a last minute decision to visit the Cape. We were lucky to find a decent room.
Cons: The refrigerator could be a bit larger. It barely fit a couple of bottles of water.
Location: Close to the National Seashore and all the restaurants we enjoy!
The nicest staff works at this inn. Any requests were immediately fulfilled with a pleasant smile! Very lovely people work here!

Room was very small.. Picnic area was not appealing.. Grills were dirty and picnic tables were rotted. Should have that barbecue area improved.
