“Wonderful Winter Stay”
I seldom stay in a hotel that meets my expectations. The Bayside Resort exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was friendly and responsive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel's amenities were that of a much higher-priced hotel and the location was very convenient. As an added bonus, it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. I could not have asked for more and will return for future stays.

The desk clerks were very nice and helpful. The staff that cleaned your room were very helpful. The continental breakfast was great.
“Great Place to Relax... Perfect Location!”
Bayside Resort Hotel was a perfect spot to relax for the weekend and get away! The location isin the middle of everything you want on the cape! Service was great! Room was clean [we stayed ocean side]. There is no beach for swimming... the beach is simply for relaxing and enjoying the firepit at night, a great view of the bay inlet, pool and snack bar are convenient for burgers and beer. Nice, clean breakfast room with simple options, game room and living room area with tv. Great choice for us! Will definitely go back!
“Clean, friendly staff”
Hard to choose a place to stay on the intenet. Paid attention to customer reviews, almost chose the wrong place to stay based on pictures. Staff was very helpful iin directions to get to thngs to do and places to eat. would recomend to family and friends, nice breakfast every day, pool, and hot tub, really cute bar. Our main concern was cleanliness, and it was very clean and kepted up. Had a positive experience.

The hotel room is spacious and the staff are very acommodating.
“Excellent”
Was the third hotel on our trip, and I think the best. Very friendly staff. Felt right at home. Was so nice to sit by a firepit on it's own sandy beach at night. Pool were clean, and enjoyed the bar/grill by the side of the pool. Cute pub inside, unfortunately didn't get to enjoy it.
“West Yarmouth comfort”
Bayside Resort Hotel, in the off season, is comfortable and pleasant. The free wireless Internet service was especially nice. The only problem experienced was the cleaning crew forgetting to replace the soap in the bathroom, but a quick call to the front desk resolved that situation immediately.
“Friendly Hotel”
Friendly hotel staff. Room clean and made up each day. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The included continental breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices. Breakfast room pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.
“Very good value for the money”
The location was perfect for us, the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. They have a lounge and game area which was useful for us as this was a family gathering and this gave us a comfortable space to meet. They offer a very nice free breakfast with fruit, yogurt, and a waffle machine in addition to the usual cereal and muffins.
“Very Nice!”
This hotel "Resort" was very nice. The cleanliness and ammenities where very good. Nice location. Would definatley go back and recommend a stay there.
