This motel is located right off the rotary, so that's the view from your room. Parking is far from most rooms. Water in shower was tepid for first 3 minutes, then got reasonably warm but never hot. Indoor pool was unheated and in unheated building. Water was icy cold because there were only tiny windows, so no warmth from the sun even. "Hot tub" had hot water but only one jet was working, so not enjoyable. Motel room was clean but smelled very musty. Bathroom was nice - seemed to have been remodeled recently. Bed was comfortable. Motel staff were friendly, helpful, professional. Sadly, the musty smell and icy pool made the experience disappointing.

The place was ok. Not the cleanest. We had an issue with a clogged sink and needed to change rooms. It’s fine for a quick night but definitely not a Cape destination place to stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a perfect temperature and we enjoyed our visit. The rooms are a bit dated but it was a convenient location for me.

Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed.
Only needed a room for one night and this fit the bill. The place could certainly use an update but it was clean and had everything we needed. Room was equipt with small fridge, microwave, couch, small dining table, comfortable beds, private bathroom which included toiletries and a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, a safe, and a coffee maker (included coffee but no creamer or sugar). Staff was super friendly and they provided us with a goody bag of snacks upon arrival (chips, muffins, granola bars, bananas, juice and water). That was greatly appreciated after our long drive. Would stay again.

Property was old and not kept up. The rugs were stained and dirty. The paint was chipped and had marks on the walls. The bathroom was clean but very old . Checked the beds and sheets were clean. If it wasn’t so late at night we would have left. Slept with the lights on. Left at 7am. When we made the booking I accidentally picked the hotel with the same name but wrong location. I have to say that the person checking us in was very nice and gave us a brown bag with juice 2 wrapped muffins 2packs of cookies and two small water bottles. I guess that was breakfast for the morning. Location was not good. Felt somewhat uncomfortable.

For the money , on the weekend for the summer, it is an fairly good location. The pool was clean, the hot tub was a warm tub. The deck, the pool and other places needed painting. The room was mediocre. Safe area. Kind of run down and bad decorations. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We are a family of 4. It’s advertised as sleeps 4. Then charged extra for the “extra person” - my child. The sofa bed had filthy sheets on it from the last person that used it. They do not have breakfast, as the description said. The kitchenette is just a mini fridge, single cup coffee maker and microwave. At least it was quiet and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Would not stay again though.

Location directly over the Bourne bridge was good for us, but some people may find it too far from where they want to be. The condition was older and somewhat rundown, but it works. They are doing some work on the property. AC was very loud, as was the refrigerator. Had to unplug that overnight to sleep. The TV really needs to be replaced. Color was terrible and it had "vertical hold" issues like the old tube sets. Just not good. Bed was adequate, not great by any means.

Terrible
Building is in terrible condition. Room had very old carpet, peeling paint, water stained ceilings. Even the shower curtain was stained. I would not recommend this hotel.

It's a cheap hotel/motel, but clean.
The room was alright, but the hotel is old. The carpet is in sad shape, the walls cracked in places. The bed was comfortable, the fridge and microwave worked. Everything was very clean. The shower was VERY hot. The pool and hot tub were nice. We had a problem with the bathroom sink being stopped up and water not going down. The people we dealt with were polite, professional, and nice.

The room was barely clean. toilet had poop stains in it. Breakfast was just yoghurt and cereal -no eggs no sausages. These are basic features in any hotel of this price point.

Classic mid-cape stay! Positioned conveniently just after “the bridge” and off the rotary - access to the Cape is easy breezy. It took about 15-20 minutes to get into heart of Falmouth which was my destination - at about a third of the expense of staying there. Cable is provided by Direct TV, and the shower was outstanding. Facility was clean, and cool.
