Super noisy within room from AC unit, running water in commode. Room had odd odor, especially when AC was running. Soft, uncomfortable bed with the lumpiest pillows. Linens and shower were nice. Presence of fridge and microwave was appreciated.

I love this hotel! The staff is so amazing! They go out of their way to make you feel welcome its like a second home! The owners just put in new carpet and tile for all the rooms.The lobby smells fresh and welcoming when you arrive. I cant wait to see whats new nexted.

I didn't actually get to stay here because 1 they let someone extend their stay in the room I reserved 1 week prior... Too make it worse there was a big dog hanging on the counter where customers check in waiting for the desk lady to give him a treat. The dog ate the treat in front of the counter .That is nasty and unsanitary. The area location is creepy thought someone was going to rob me. It's giving motel vibes 0/10 do not recommend. Ps I only stay with laquinta when I travel . Now my go too is holiday inn ! Thanks

The best staff
The staff was great very helpful and very respectful went over and above to make sure that I had everything I need in the morning making sure that everything was clean and fully stocked they also help give me a positive attitude for a job interview at one of the other hotels across the street from them the staff at this one was the best I have had at any of the hotels that I have stayed at.

Location is great, it is across the street from IKEA and within a few minutes of many restaurants. BUT, the hotel is in terrible condition. The office chair in my room was missing a wheel, the dresser was missing a door, and the cleaning staff left a burning incense in the front outlet. The incense did not cover up the horrible smell of the room.

tv didnt work in first room. front desk quickly gave us another room but it wasnt a king bed. We had the dogs with us and the only other pet friendly room available had two full beds. no worries though the dogs liked having thier own bed

A pleasant Thanksgiving weekend stay
Very Clean. We chose not to use linen service, but the desk attendant took us to the linen room and gave us whatever we needed when we asked. She was kind and attentive to whatever questions we had. We started each day with a more than adequate meal in the breakfast room.

Five star quality for a three star price! Tabatha the manager keeps things nice and tidy with the help of her staff that work together like family. Eliese is a nice and knowledgeable employee as well thanks guys for making the stay comfortable and worry free!

I remember this hotel being much nicer, it’s simply gone down hill since •. Our room was not clean, we found dirty socks in the bed… along with the tv remote. There was blood on the curtains. And overall didn’t feel safe for the kids. They allowed a man to sleep in his car in their parking lot who didn’t leave for 3 days! Unsure if that’s his home? Definitely sketchy. Breakfast- no fruit, expired yogurts… the waffle machines the only thing that safes them there

Let's start with the good The front desk lady was very pleasant and tired to make our visit comfortable. The parking lot is well lit and there was lots of parking. Nice Samsung TV's but you have one remote for 2 tvs. Lots to do in this area Now the bad....i reserved a room with 2 beds for me and my son and we got stuck in a king room. My 19 year old son was not at all pleased. We were told the other rooms sold out. The front desk offered blankets and pillows for the pullout. The pullout had dirty sheets on it and was repulsive. The room smelled so awful, like rotton onions and bad thai food. The phone in the room didn't work, rooms need tons of updating. Dirty walls, dirty trim, trash left in the bedside nightstand. Light bulbs were missing in room and living area. Trim is unfinished and the bedroom light fixture was not securely fastened to the wall. This was by far the worse hotel I've stayed at.

Staff friendly enough. Carpet and different parts of hotel starting to show it's age. Could have been a little cleaner in the halls. Carpeting looked very dingy in the halls and elevator but room was fine. Didn't like learning I get no hotel points for booking through Orbitz.
