“A good Cannes holiday location”

We spent 2 nights at this hotel situated very close to the marina. It was easy to find from internet and tourist maps and was located in a quiet street just behind the buzzing harbour side. Numerous good restaurants were on the doorstep with the main shopping area a short walk away. The receptionists were welcoming and spoke excellent English. Our spacious studio type apartment was furnished to a high standard with modern kitchen appliances and good decor and fittings. Air conditioning so essential in July was easy to operate and effective. To call it a hotel might be stretching the imagination a bit. To our mind it is a an older building professionally adapted to high modern standards with a number of excellent self catering units. Judging by our fellow guests it is suitable for all age groups and the security was good with card swipe security on outer and interior doors. If we visit Cannes again we would seriously consider returning to Suite Affairs Cannes Vieux-Port.

“good choice if you are looking for appartment hotel”

Theu building is an old Cannes building that is completely rennovated from the inside so combines old worl charm with new world efficiency and convenience. very spacious rooms, kitchen... only challange that is does not have a parking but there is a public parking about 10 minutes walk. great location just off the old port. If we are back to Cannes , we would consider staying there
