cette résidence est bien située dans un environnement calme proche d'une ligne de bus qui dessert la gare et le centre ville, endroit parfait pour excursionner ; le petit coin cuisine est judicieusement conçu et permet de se restaurer sur place.

Would go back next year. During the festival they run a shuttle back and fourth to the main croisette. Very good value for money. Safe, clean and lovely staff. Also, enjoyed the swimming pool and view of the hills and ocean. Great tennis courts too! Also, child friendly.

Hotel très accueillant proposant de multiples instalations pour des libre et gratuite ( piscine, tennis, ping ping, mini golf...) Très propre, le dejeuner est assez copieux et de bonne qualité. Accueil très bien assuré malgré le peu d'hotes de la saison.

points positifs: petit studio avec coin cuisine avec tous les ustensiles: rien à fournir (tout y est eponge serviette torchon produit vaisselle plat poele etc..); lave vaisselle bien pratique!; chambre biend décorée et très propre; grande salle de bain points négatifs: il manque la climatisation!!! il y a juste un ventilateur mais par temps de chaleur, ca ne suffit pas! ; et loin du centre ville (obligé de prendre la voiture)

“Value for money”

The hotel offers good basic accommodation (south facing studios/appartments are best). The decor is a bit tired in places but it is clean, bright and has a sunny, well maintained pool which doesn't get too crowded. There is also tennis and crazy golf, both free. The hotel itself is a bit out of town but the local bus service is very good - until about 8pm. After that it's taxi or a 25-30 minute uphill walk (at least that's my speed!). not too good if you want access to nightlife. However, if you want quiet, relaxation and access to beaches, shops and public transport to Nice, Monte Carlo etc the hotel represents good value for money, particularly if you're happy to buy food and have some meals there. The one potentially major hassle is the absence of reception staff except during set hours - could be a real problem if you forget your key. You MUST let them know in advance if you are arriving outwith normal reception hours or you could have a VERY long wait. A good knowledge of French would also be helpful.
