“un endroit de rêve à mougins”
Hôtel exceptionnel, superbes chambres, vue magnifique. les détails sont soignés: madeleines maison et confiture ds la chambre pour le goûter. les salles de bains sont grandes trés belles, on pourrait y passer son séjour! L'accueil est trés gentil, de qualité et efficace. la restauration est de trés bon niveau! le spa trés qualitatif. Un hôtel à recommander à ceux qui aiment les prestations de qualité et raffinées, qui apprécient le calme et la beauté des lieux et paysages.
“Fantastic, friendly hotel.”
We really loved this hotel, so friendly and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Also really close to the Old Town of Mougins so we could walk there from the hotel. The staff were always really helpful and friendly. The whole setting of the hotel is great, the main pool with the poolside restaraunt was lovely with excellent food.
“Idyllic luxury retreat”
With a stunning aspect overlooking the town of Grasse, le Mas Candille is set in beautiful grounds and just a short stroll into the delightfully typical French village of Mougins, plus it's a quick drive into Cannes if you fance a change of scene Our room was spotless and had every comfort you could wish for. We ate at both the hotel's restaurants, savouring the gastronomic delights at the Candille in it's magical setting and also enjoyed the Pergola poolside restaurant for lunch. The staff, in particular Millie on reception, could not do enough to assist you and were extremely polite and very well trained. My son used the fitness room and said it was amazing working out with an open aspect onto a beautiful view. Our only frustration was that we didn't have enough time to use the Shiseido Spa which looked most appealing. After being privileged enough to meet the owner, it came as no surprise that Le Mas Candille is as amazing as it is Would definitely go back for more of the same please!

Our only complaints are the metal chairs on the patios outside the bedrooms....just not at all comfortable ....and the light bulbs should be brighter. We had them change ours to higher wattage. The other complaint was the high cost of the breakfasts. The people working here were teriffic...so helpful. Our first time using Expedia and we found their rates the best and convinced us to stay there for seven nights. We will use Expedia for all of our hotel reservations from here on. Their rates were much better than the hotel's quotes to us.
“Mas de Candille”
Dommage que le 26 avril la belle grande piscine n'aie pas été en fonctionnement et que nous n'ayons pas eu l'information lors de la réservation. Par ailleurs, nous avons découvert sur place que le Spa n'est pas disponible sans réservation 15 jours à l'avance (complet pour les 15 prochains jours donc impossibilité de bénéficier de ce service également). Les chambres proches de la réception ne sont pas très lumineuses. Dommage également que pour un 5 étoiles, les toilettes ne soient pas séparées de la salle de bain. Un seul jeu de savon + shampoing pour une chambre réservée pour 2 personnes, un peu juste également pour un 5 étoiles. Localisation en revanche parfaite pour aller se promener à pieds dans Mougins.

bel établissement relais et chateaux très bien situé chambre très correcte pas extraordinaire salle de bains très bien équipée personnel hyper serviable le chauffage ne pouvait être coupé : résultat chaleur épouvantable dans la chambre le desk s'est excusé et nous a offert les petits déjeuners donc : attitude très correcte
“Discreet Hideaway”
A small hotel, wonderfully located for exploring the Cote d'Azur, but a refreshing oasis from the traffic and crowds of the popular resorts. We particularly loved the spa, the proximity to Mougins and the gardens. On the downside, the quality of the service was frequently indifferent and did not match the hefty price tag. In particular, inadequate arrangements were in place for wet weather breakfasting (staffed stood by and watched as ladies struggled with wet chairs and tables) and staff had a tendency to prematurely clear tables (including personal belongings) and reallocate whilst diners were inside choosing from the buffet.
