Ideal position for beach and shops, and underground secure parking, lovely staff who spoke fluent English, would like to return to this Hotel

Fantastic location. Stayed for film fest, perfect location for that. Off a side street, so quiet but close to everything. Very friendly staff (VERY). I would stay again for sure!

“Bad experience”
the bed in the room had a dip in it and was impossible to sleep on, the door lock did not work, the bathroom had no shower curtain or glass, therefore the bathroom flooded. the hotel were not helpful with this and said that nothing would be done to fix these problems. Furthermore there was no internet access or mobile signals therefore, was unable to carry on with any work.Please contact me on 01273 829700 with regard to a refund for this as the guest only stayed for one day out six.
