The six-story Hotel Amarante Cannes has 71 Provençal-style guestrooms, each with brass lights and bedside lighting controls. Rooms also offer small armchairs and wicker tables.

Original artworks by local artists hang from yellow sponge-painted walls, and suites of Chêne-wood furniture are treated with the dye of the Amarante, a flower local to the region from which the hotel takes its name.

La Farigoule - The traditional French menu at this informal restaurant features traditional Provencal cuisine, such as Grilled Leg of Lamb with Provençal Tomatoes and Ratatouille; many choices from the wine list are also available as half bottles. The restaurant has a poolside terrace and a piano bar where guests can enjoy a variety of cocktails. A hot-and-cold buffet breakfast and lunch are served on weekedays. The restaurant is open from January to November.

The Bar - The intimate bar area, with its wood-paneled walls, marble floor, and television is just off the lobby. Guests relax in informal wicker chairs, and coffee and drinks are served every day from early morning until late evening.

The hotel features a 30-foot, seasonal outdoor lap pool. In addition, hotel guests have discounted access to a private beach on La Croisette, 1 km (0.5 mile) south of the hotel.

Throughout the summer, guests can arrange water sports at the beach, which is 1.5 km (1 mile) from the hotel. Water sports include parasailing, Jet Skiing, and water skiing—and the clear Mediterranean waters are ideal for snorkeling. Various sports facilities are available in town all year, and golfers head to the 18-hole course 5 km (3 miles) north of Cannes, where visitors are welcome but advance booking is advisable.
