For the area that the property is in and the price we paid I have no complaints. You won't get 5 star luxury for £250 a week, however it has everything needed, small kitchenette is a great asset, balcony nice to sit out on. Nice staff, easy parking. This was our second stay and I would certainly stay again if travelling on a budget.

Aparthotel was great for access to local shop and supermarket Unfortunately there is no communal working space area nor easy access to Antibes or a decent beach I am still waiting for my deposit refund 3 days after checking out and tried to contact the hotel on numerous accessions by phone and email Make sure you purchase your toilet roll as it is not a hotel, stays longer than a week you may get your room cleaned and towels replaced once with fresh bedding, could do with better service and care for customer experience

Hôtel injoignable la nuit pour une arrivée tardive (réservation perdue si arrivée après 22h sauf via contact de la Police Municipale pour notre cas). Établissement sans aucun charme et désuet pour ne pas dire glauque, climatisation absente.

Budget Aparthotel
Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Despite what the website says please be advised that the hours of opening for the reception desk are as follows: 8H - 12H & 15-30H - 20.30H. If you arrive outside these hours you will not be able to check in and in fact you may not be able to gain access to the buildings as the doors will be locked and you will have to wait for another guest to let you in.The earliest check in is 15-30H. Apartment was ok inside a bit worn but clean. The wifi is hit or miss depending on demand. The pool is small but clean. One thing which you will re requested to do is to clean around the apartment when leaving and empty your refuse outside. I seen people carrying their refuse on departure. I asked a cleaner about where I might deposit such and she just shrugged her shoulders.This policy seems very strange to me. On a positive note the staff at reception were very helpful and car par fee is 8€ per night. There is free parking on the road outside but it will be congested for parking.

Area is not great, far from the beach. But the worst is the smell in the hallways. It smelled like dying rats. Room itself was not bad, but that smell killed any desire to be there.

This is a very convenient hotel close to the beaches of Antibes, the staff were English speaking and very helpful during our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and the wifi and air worked very well in our room. I would definitely stay here again for the price and location of this hotel.

There's a supermarket close by which is very gr8.
There's nobody in the lobby of the hotel after 8:30 pm so try to contact them if your are arriving late. The room is comfortable for 3 to 4 people.

Average price for an average place.
There was nothing wrong with this apartment, but there is nothing to rave about either. The rooms were very clean but small, and slightly depressing. The location was ok, great for us accessing nearby places such as Cimiez, Nice and Vence but again, nothing "wow" about it. All in all, functional, not a lot of fun.

Résidence Olympe in Antibes
The room was very small for four persons and it was very difficult to find. I needed to wait an exceptionally long time to be registered in and my family thought I had got lost as it was quite difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Signage was poor. We were not given great instruction as to where the pool was or that there was a huge festival in Cannnes that evening. It would have been nice to know the events in the area.

We was disappointed since we arrived in Antibes.First we experience problem to find the hotel.There was no information on the GPS.No assistance from the hotel administration for organising a Taxi from the hotel to the Airport.I have to contact other hotel to call Taxi as my flight was at 06.50am.

Residence Olympe in Antibes - in new part of town
The Residence is an average condo (3 stars) with all you need. If bedroom is just enoug, you get a sitting area and a terrace or balcony to expand it. The parking place is good also and not expensive at all. It is very close to the autoroute though it is in an area with quite an amount of new construction. However, it is not noisy. I think it is a very good raport quality/price. what you book is exactly what you get, there is no mendacity in the hotels com page. If you wanted a 1,200 sq ft appartment, then find it somewhere else! There is good public tranportation if you do not want to use your car, however there is plenty of parking place near the historic areas, where you can leave your car and then walk. these parkings are very conveniet and unexpensive or free. There is nothing like the Cote d'Azur malgré its popularity!

A very comfortable apart hotel. Only downfall is that at present the area around it is a building site for I presume other hotels. There are large lorries arriving all day . This and the sites produce noise and dust all day. I would not reccommend going there for at least a year. The hotel itself is fine, difficult to find. Ideal if you have a car, as there is not much around that area, especially restaurants and the hotel itself does not have one.

Excellent Room
It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel but the room is really good. Note: If you are going to arrive after 7:00pm don't forget to call the front desk beforehand. We had a little issue to get the room key but in the end worked out fine.

Decent stayover while attending a conference in Sophia Antipolis. Room was acceptable. The kitchenette was slightly flimsy but usable. My main concern is the distance to public transport, it's slightly inconvenient as opposed to other facilities nearer to centre commercial.

l'état générale est moyenne, mais ce qui nous a le plus choqué c'est l'araignée qui est tombé sur ma femme en plein nuit. Nous avons trouvé des toiles d'araignées à plusieurs endroits dans la chambre. les sanitaires ne sont pas beaucoup mieux. Sans parlé du frigo qui fait un bruit horrible et dont la porte nous reste entre les mains quand on l'ouvre. Ces remarques ont été signalé à l'accueil, mais aucune réaction de leur part à ce jour.

Hôtel très mal situé Avec des rats qui se baladent dans la rue .. Des logements pas très propres avec un chauffe serviette rouillé De la moisissure dans la salle de bain , une hotte défectueuse ,des portes de placards qui ne ferment pas , un parking payant , une terrasse en plein soleil sans parasol , de la literie jaunie En bref 515 euros pour 5 nuits Pas trop justifié On a économisé un an pour partir en vacances Merci la déception Très décevant
