Feeling Zen at Zenitude.
We had a wonderful four night stay at Zenitude. Staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Loved our heated towels. Enjoyed our patio facing green outdoor area. We loved that the parking garage had its exit practically right under our room! Yes, I was feeling Zen at Zenitude!

An uncomfortable stay
The hotel was decent overall, however, the rooms were too small for three adults. This caused some great uncomfort during our stay. The kitchen was also rather impractical, you could barely cook. There was only one seat at the dining table. We had to eat breakfast in our beds.. The balcony, including its chairs /table, were very filthy and needed a deep clean. Please attached pictures. We had trouble sleeping due to construction work outside being loud, not so much of a peaceful holiday. Another annoying thing with our stay was that the elevator didn't work between fri-tue.

The hotel is a bit run down and noise levels high. It was clean although my sheets were not changed on one opportunity. The location is not great and the pool area just ok. You have to walk a fair bit to get the buses into Cannes which are not regular and don’t follow their own time tables.

Great, but too far out if you want to visit Cannes festival, bus station 20 minutes walk and takes an hour to get into Cannes. Hotel is beautifully situated in a quiet peaceful area. Great staff always very helpful.

Quiet clean secure hotel, we'll priced.
Good clean hotel in quiet area. Hotel seemed quite empty which was good, felt like we had place to ourselves. Parking was secure and under hotel although had to pay a small fee. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Ran out of hot water after a shower and had to wait hours for it to heat up to the point where I asked reception if my wife could use an empty room to have a shower to which they initially seemed unwilling to do but after standing in reception for a minute or so looking like I would not take no for an answer they obliged and there was no problem. Overall pleasant stay and not to expensive. Would stay again but you definately need a vehicle as 10 min drive to center of Cannes.

Good budget accommodation for Côte d’Azur
It's a budget price for an area close to Cannes - so all comments have to be taken in that context. Superior room was large in size but in dire need of a refresh - walls and carpet dirty, very dusty. Poor quality bed - awful mattress and pillows. Large bathroom and excellent shower although the sink light wasn't working. Really poor that in a 6 night stay the maids do not service your apartment once. No hesitation to recommend Appart'City fora budget stay.

Nice, peaceful hotel
Very friendly staff when booking in in the evening. Always helpful, even let us use the landlines to make a call to the airline. The only downside was that the room isn't cleaned while your there, no extra towels or bathroom supplies were replaced for the entire week, but as we had our own it wasn't a problem. Would definitely go back.

The Appart City in Cannes Mandelieu is cheap and clean.If you have a rented car and a low budget, it is very convenient. And if you are busy all day long with your meetings it is perfect, with WIFI and a French TV. But the maid comes once a week and besides a good breakfast, you need to cook all your meals.

Great addition to the area
We have stayed in La Napoule many times, this was the first time at a AppartCity it does what is says on the tin, do not expect luxury, but do enjoy the good location 15 mins walk along the river to the prom/beach, the kitchenette is great for lunch and simple dinner hobs and fridge (small freezer) dish washer all makes life easy. Bathroom Fab 5* large, living/sleeping area good with desk free internet and lovely large balcony with simple table and chairs. Whats not to like- nothing. Underground car park with lifts small extra chg. Loved it would stay again.

A nice place with great potential. Just a few additions would make a huge difference such as getting your room cleaned more than once in 12 days, having a better equipped kitchen and a few more loungers at the pool. The location was ideal for us as we had a car - it was quiet but close to Cannes etc but without a car I would not recommend it.

The room was like a studio apartment, with small but well equipped kitchen and large modern bathroom. Nice patio and having air con was much welcomed. Nice, peaceful location and with very friendly staff. For the price it was a real bargain.

For the price, the most you can get...
Stayed there for a week. No cleaning during this period. Found out later that it's an extra service. No cleaning facilities for self cleaning by the way. Got a room on the ground floor, they are the worst, no balcony, no windows. Only a french door which opens to the garden. The apartment has an underground garage which is good and the price was cheaper than staded and expected. The room has a small 'kitchen' area and it's ok for basic things. The beds are squeeky and you can here it from the room next to you. The place is about 10 mins walk from the beach (plage) and about 20 mins from the 'city centre'. Saturday 9 pm and they all closed, only went out this 'town' once, don't recomend for night life. Try Cannes or St. Tropez. Few other things: Wifi only at the reception area, the room has cable only. First you have to register than every time you'll have to log in to use. Only can use it on one device at a time. Not suitable for Skype. Overall it's not a terrible place, but only use it if you're on low budget...

This is NOT a hotel.There is ONLY staff at reception at certain times! What looked like a good value deal turned out as not so cheap.Breakfast 9+ euros extra, parking 6+ euros per night without options to park on the street. I notified the desk that the light wasn't working in the bathroom as well as the extractor fan and was answered it was a bad connection! No offer to get it fixed. The "sofa" bed, although comfortable, had very noisy springs making it hard to sleep every time you moved in the slightest. It's a shame because it is only 1 year old build and the location close to Mandelieu and the beach is convenient, it could be a very nice stay with a hotel-standard set up .

Very Nice and resonable with some drawbacks
I was attending Cannes Film Festival 2013. I book this place because it had a studio apartment within a 15 drive of the Palais. Check in was faily easy but if you arrive off hours or on Sunday you have to use the lock box. Make sure to get the code before you arrive. The unit was nice but the bed was very close to the floor, about 8 -12 inches so getting up was a challenge. They only clean once a week. Parking is paid so you can park on the street but I paid the fee to park in the garage for security purposes. The internet is wired and will turn off after about 2 hours so you have to log on again and again. Bandwidth is good to marginal depending on occupancy. Laundry facilities are nice. The kitchen has a stove top, small refrigerator, microwave and a tiny dishwasher. When it rains the water does pool by the garage entrances to the building. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a grocery story not far called Casino, yes like the gambling place but it is not. It also has a gas, petrol station with the lowest prices I saw. Overall I would recommend this place.

Appart'City is not a hotel by any standards. It's simply an apartment complex with apartments. But it's a great place nonetheless apartments are nice in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins away from Cannes main area. It has nice underground secure parking apartments are newly built and are nice but there's no service whatsoever there's no fixed reception like apartments but good for price n property

Not easy to find as no signage on the main road (it is down what appears to be a dead end road). No confirmation text sent so unable to gain access after hours - you need a code to get in and collect your keys. No reception service at all on Sundays. We had to be let in by a friendly resident after about 10 minutes trying to get hold of someone on the phone in the pouring rain! Not happy about that. 2 fellow guests had no water in their room and couldn't get anyone to help either locally or from central reservations. Having said that the hotel is very new and clean. but there is still no patio furniture as a previous reviewer identified. Try to arrive when the reception is staffed- its much easier!!!

Brand new apartment complex within easy reach of Cannes. Comfortable and clean. Great shower! Breakfast room is pleasant and serves a good choice of food. Pool area seemed inviting- maybe when the weather is warmer (I visited in March). Overall it suited me fine on business.

We had a nice stay, the hotel is brand new and very well equipped (even a mini dishwasher). The studios are very spacious and nicely decorated. Sadly there wasn't any outside furniture yet for the balcony, probably due to the fact that the hotel has only opened recently. However the website says "FREE WIRELESS ACCESS" but the connection is through a cable and the staff insisted saying that it doesn't say so on the website and that there is a parc with free access near the parc...very annoying when you bring an iPad because you read wireless access!
