We will take it into consideration and work on improving our carpets so that our guests can have a more pleasant stay. In regards to the lack of a dressing gown, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will consider adding them to our amenities list. We are sorry to hear that the hair dryer was not operational and that we did not have a plan B in place.
