Très bien mais sans surprises…
Le Westin est une valeur sûre. Même le parfum du hall d’entrée est reconnaissable entre 1000. Seul bémol j’ai trouvé qu’un canapé et une table serait les bienvenus dans la chambre qui était immense !! Ça faisait un peu vide, la petite table amovible permettant à peine de poser mon ordinateur..

If you’re looking to party, this is not the location for you. It’s pretty much more like for retirement people. You have to beg for towels. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures I was really disappointed

No es el centro de la zona hotelera y es perfecto porque te permite descansar y estas a corta distancia de los mejores restaurantes de Cancún. Las instalaciones están muy bien. La zona de la alberca y playa, así como áreas comunes muy limpio todo. Perfecto porque solo a cierta hora tenían música y actividades ruidosas en la alberca así que te permite relajarte durante el día y dormir muy bien durante la noche. El desayuno incluido solo puede ser para dos personas aun que se hospeden 3 pero siempre puedes comprar el buffet o pedir a la carta. Lo único que no me gusto fue el baño, que no tiene extractor (para el vapor) y estaba algo sucia la regadera como de jabón pegado. De ahí en mas me encanto todo.

I recommend Westin Resort & Spa. Location on the beach was a plus for me. The restaurants were okay only because I'm a picky eater. My room was perfect! The staff was A1!!! Assisted me in the hotel. Scheduled shuttle service to airport. 10/10 will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean. It’s very private and quiet. The beach is easily accessed.some of the staff are very nice and others did not want to be bother with a question.
