“Paradise”

We loved our stay at the Royal Cancun International. We just can't say enough good things about it. The resort and grounds were just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. Their food and drinks were excellent. We especially enjoyed the happy hour!! We have never met such a hard working group of people in our lives.

We only stayed one night in this immaculate suite, because we were on to Tulum the next day. I wish that we could have stayed longer because the suite was so comfortable and reasonably priced. We had a two bedroom suite which was completely equiped with everything that a kitchen chef requires. Our suite looked onto the pool area which was extremely well maintained. Other that the registration staff they spoke little English but did everything that they could to accomodate our requests. The waveriders were very reasonably priced and available at the beach. Meals were good.

“Great experience”

I'm a pretty tough guest for most hotels, and this experience was no different. I traveled with my wife and two VERY young children, and we had a lot of "needs." The staff went above and beyond to help keep us happy. The facility is great. Its not so posh that you worry about how you're dressed when you go to the front desk, but attractive enough to make you feel you're somewhere special. The front desk staff remembered my name like a boutique hotel of 1/10th the size. When we did have an issue with a room key, the maintanence guy was there in 2 minutes and very warm to my family. Service is great...staff wonderful...facilites pretty good. My wife didn't want to leave and my kids had a great time...I'm a happy customer and will return.

“Paradise Vacation”

The rooms and hotel grounds were second to none. The staff was friendly and helpful. The availability of a shuttle service between the other 4 resorts affiliated with this one made added variety to our trip. We were able to eat at different restaurants and enjoy swimming in gorgeous swimming pools, splash around in turqoise blue beaches and even play tennis. We would definitely return!

“Cancun hotel zone”

This really is a beautiful hotel. Our room was huge and comfortable. The pool and food were awesome. It is right on the beach and breakfast on the beach was nice. Overall a great experience. We stayed one night because we then moved to a time share in Playa del Carmen. The only down side wasn't the hotel at all but the location. It was a cab ride from the night life so if you were staying a week, and night life was the goal, you might spend a chunk on transportation. However the staff was helpful and we never had to wait long or even look for transportation. Really a very nice place to stay.

Great hotel for families, well maintained, great staff. The hotel lacks a fire alarm system but after my 35 years of experience in the hotel business I always travel with my own smoke alarms and I always suggest to others to do so.
