“Loved our stay!”
We stayed in Juley of 2011 for our anniversary. Hotel was great. We gave it a little lower score on the maintenance, only because there was some minor construction going on...nothing that interferred with our stay. Also, lower score on the comfort of the room, becasue it was rather small and the bacony was small/not covered (which was important on the day that it rained). Would recommend upgrading to a larger room. We choose the all inclusive package and were not disappointed! The food was great in all the restaurants...especially like the sushi one and the one at the beach. Would love to go back soon!

when arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the most gracious staff and champaign. our room was big an so beautiful. We went down to get a bite to eat there was music playing on the beach so romantic. The waitstaff were very attentive. An they even brought our food out to us by the beach so that we could listen to the music. The water so crystal clear blue. Just paradise. The town was jst two blocks away. Everything is walking distance. We had a great time.

Hotel was great, next to a wonderful beach. Did not do the all inclusive, but there's plenty of restaurants nearby to explore, better priced than the ones in the hotel. We got a room upgrade, as well. I would definitely go back to this place.

A short flight from Ft Lauderdale. A beautiful hotel across from the beach. Helpful staff. An excellent breakfast buffet. Enjoyed from A to Z.
“One Exceptional Hotel!!!!”
Privilege Aluxes was fantastic. We received a great deal through Expedia and this being our first trip to PA we had some concerns. However, the hotel turned out to be great. Very nice overall and we found the property to be extremely clean and well taken care of from every aspect. No issues with check in and we received the exact room we booked (Platinum Suite). The location is excellent. On one side its beach front and the other side is 2 blocks from all the action in town. I highly recommend this hotel and Isla Mujeres. We did opt for the All Inclusive because it was a few dollars more. I believe the AI price was an extra $40 per day total for two people. We ate a few meals at PA and we were not pleased with the food but the drinks, room service etc were worth the $40 so no major disappointment with AI but I would not pay that again. Isla has so many restaurants and they are all fairly priced. Once again I highly recommend PA but I do not recommend paying for AI.
“Would love to go back!”
The hotel was great. We did the all inclusive and I thought it was worth it. The only service complaint that I have was that the staff at the pool was pretty lax about coming around and asking if you needed anything. When we were on the hotel beach they were always right there asking if there was anything we needed. The food was pretty good too. Breakfast was good, lunch at the beach cafe was excellent. I would certainly recommend the all inclusive package, but I would also recommend going to the downtown area to eat during the evening. The atmostphere of the downtown area was great!
“Paradise!”
Great location. Very very very laid back. Food excellent. Loved breakfast and Satay for dinner. Oceanview rooms are at an angle on the balcony not a direct view. There is a cemetary behind the hotel but it is very beautiful. The front desk people try hard but they need a lot more training especially Fernanda. Please Please check your credit card transactions. Book transportation directly on line with the hotel web site. it is truly curb to curb service.

Very large rooms. Very clean. Nice location. Close to town. Close to ferry. Beach across a small street. Great pool. Good food, but restaurants are very specific (tai, seafood, and one other).
