    “Can't wait to go back!!!”

    My husband and I had a fabulous time! The resort is modern and beautiful. The staff was very helpful, warm, and friendly. Food there was awesome and the service was great! Staff helped us book tours, which were awesome. The location of the hotel was perfect and we felt totally safe.

    “Very nice hotel”

    The Me Cancun is very nice and classy. The staff are all friendly. It has a good location in the hotel zone. The beach is awesome. The pools are great. The food is really good--most everything is included except for some of the drinks and one page of food at the Salt restaurant; this is the first all inclusive that I have been to and some people said that they shouldn't have things that aren't included (like Jack Daniels). But we didn't have a problem. I love it that they serve drinks to you when you lay out at the beach. You have to tip a lot, so bring plenty of one dollar bills for the tips. Some people are a little aggravating when they try to sell you stuff on the beach, but I bought some bracelets, a silver chain and anklet; my friends bought sunglasses, etc. so it is a little handy to be able to buy on the beach if you don't want to shop much. Overall a great place; some people complained about the thin walls but people weren't too noisy so it wasn't a problem for us. We went May 11-17 and it was a good time to go; we were told it was crowded and busy and April. I would recommend this hotel, it was nice and worth what we paid for it.

    “GREAT HOTEL. STAY HERE!!!”

    Fantastic Hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Great music throughout hotel and pool. Easily accessed computer lounge. STAY IN PASSION SUITE which offers private concierge, daily continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and a large private terrace directly off your room. Eat at SILK/or SALT (hotel restaurants) and DEFINITELY ask for MAX (sommelier) to help with your wine selection. He is knowledgeable and energetic!

    “Yes would love to go back!”

    The only thing I dislike about the hotel is that, we had all inclusive, but not everything is included etc some drinks, the mini bar in the room, room services are extra.

    “Wish I was still there!”

    Very cool hotel. The food and service was exceptional at all the restaurants. I am surprised that this hotel would get any bad reviews. I have already recommended this hotel to others and will continue to do so. My only regret is not staying longer.
