“Very relaxing!”

We had very relaxing, plesant 7 days in this hotel. Room was nice, spaceous bathroom, garden view still had some view of ocean. Small place - do not have to walk much, still have lots of connecting swimming pools. Water by the middle of the day was getting toooo warm, but we just go to "adult" pool, where water was always cool (or to ocean). Food was better then other hotels we stay before, and you can choose every time somthing different. Room service and service overall was very good.

What an awesome, relaxing hotel!! Excellent personal service, incredible check in procedure, terrific food, and superior location. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and I can't wait to go back!!

“Great deal!”

My boyfriend and I had a really great experience at this hotel. We wanted an all inclusive hotel that was nice and clean and that was exactly what we got. We came to Cancun to relax and get away so this hotel was perfect for that. Staff was always nice and friendly and willing to help. Just bring a lot of small bills and remember to tip! The only downside I would say is the lack of activity at the hotel at night but we were so exhausted from being in the sun all day that it didnt end up bothering us. Food MB- by far the best restaurant in the hotel but the menu is small so its kind if hard to go there more then 2 nights. I took the advice from reviews to make my reservations beforehand but the restaurant seemed empty when we went. I guess still try to make them beforehand to be safe. SIETE- this is a buffet style restaurant. It was pretty decent. They make great belgium waffles for breakfast. AZUR- Dinner here was Ok. Lunch is buffet style and its right by the pool so its a good break from the sun. The kobe beef burgers are amazing along with the steak cut fries. ROOM SERVICE - we really enjoyed room service for all meals. There was a lot of variety and everything was good also it was nice to just be able to sit out on thte terrace and have our own private dinner. POOLSIDE-definitely liked the poolside menu more then Azurs lunch menu. We ordered guac everyday and we enjoyed many of the sandwhiches.

The newly restored Aqua Cancun Hotel will soon be one of the "it" hotels of Cancun. Located across the street from a popular outdoor mall this hotel will instantly transcend your senses from the pool area where the infinity pools give you the illusion of being part of the ocean to the aromatherapy that wafts through the entire hotel and relaxes with every breath. Spa is beautiful, restaurants we heard were very good. Food at the pool is excellent but pricey as any high end hotel would be. Towels infused with mint are handed out throughout the day to refresh your skin. Loved that!!! What's not to love when you have this much perfection.

The room was very nice, the food was great, and room service was wonderful. All staffs are very kind and friendly. Especially ocean view was excellent.

“Spa retreat - que bien!”

This hotel met our expectations in every way. We went to Aqua for a couples 'spa retreat' getaway, and this place delivered. Oceanfront rooms are gorgeous and modern. Spa 'vibe' is everywhere - sounds, smell, pleasant smiles. My wife called her swedish massage the 'best' she has ever had. The mall across the street is very convenient. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I just got back from a wonderful 4 night stay at Live Aqua. The service was very attentive and pleasant, especially Claudia at the pool bar. The food was my biggest concern prior to going and I was impressed overall. Room service is very good and there is a warmer on the cart to keep the food hot. MB restaurant had tremendous service, excellent presentation of the food, a smallish menu but fairly varied, and great desserts. Siete and Azur were also surprisingly good. The check in process takes too long. After a long day of travel we just wanted to get to our room. We were surprised by the presence of several babies and 1-2 children as this was to be an adults only resort. There are not a lot of scheduled activities, but that wasn't what we were looking for. What we were looking for was a restful vacation on a beautiful beach with as few worries as possible and Live Aqua certainly provided that.

“Live Aqua hotel review”

My wife and I went to Cancun and stayed at Live Aqua. We only have great things to say about the facility, the the service, the food and the entertainment all added to our great experience. The only part that we would change is since we both like to swim laps that in the afternoon the pool for laps was on the warm side and it would be great if they added blocks of ice or channelled cold water. The entertainment director Frederico provides lots of unique activities and great entertainment. He and the entire staff should be commended on doing a great job. We would certainly go again and would reccomend this hotel to anyone.
