“Xmas at the Le Meridien 2011”

Very nice hotel, plenty to eat / drink with all inclusive package and service fantastic. My only complaint is that the internet did not work during my 3 days stay, could not access my emails although the front desl staff had access to internet service. I also felt presured to give a tip at every meal time as the bill was printed out each time even though we had all inclusive package. I did not think it was necessary as we had already paid a lot for the package. Only two restarurants for such a luxury hotel a little disappointing. there was no intertainment many guests left the hotel seeking for night life

We had a great stay at the Le Meridien. The resort is very nice and the front desk and conceirge staff was terrific. We had Valentine's Day dinner in the main restaurant (spacing the name right now) and the food was truly great. The weather was not great when we were there so the large building to the west cast a pretty (cold) big shadow over the pool area. The bathroom in our room was great, seperate shower and tub, GREAT shower. The gym is really nice too. There is a great restaurant that is rather hidden across the main road from the hotel..."wine lovers cuisine" is their tag line, this was one of the best meals we had. We would stay there again!

“If you want to feel special this is where to go”

LeMeridien in Cancun is a very sophisticated property. From the moment you enter the lobby and see the beautiful flower arrangements and receive the very tasty mango slushies and cool towel as a welcome, you know that you are going to have a wonderful experience. The room was very nice but could use better lighting in the bathroom. We had a balcony which gave us a beautiful view overlooking the three pools and the beautiful turquoise water. Two of the three swimming pools are heated and there are sheltered cabana areas to use for no additional charge. During the day grapefruit and lemon ices are handed out to pool guests. Cucumbers slices for your eyes and cool cloths are also handed out during the day to pool guests. You can get as many towels for the pool that you wish. The chairs have a cushioned layer on them that make them very comfortable. My only complaint was with all the marble in the hallways, noise was magnified and at times it could get noisy. The staff was very warm and solicitious. I would recommend this hotel if you are wanting a relaxing and sophisticated vacation experience.

“First rate vacation”

My husband and I went for a 4 day getaway. This hotel was extremely luxurious. The service was unbeleivable. Everyone bent over backwards and was so friendly. The spa is beautiful and a huge bonus to this hotel. We liked the small size and intimacy of the hotel. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Le Meridien Cancun is a beautiful, high-end hotel located right on the beach in Cancun, along the hotel district. The outdoor pool area is gorgeous! One of the pools was nice and warm for our February trip (there are 3 pools in total). The weather in Cancun was wonderful, in the 70's with a breeze. Bathing suit weather. The spa at the Meridien is awesome. In addition to getting wonderful massages, we had the use of a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, outdoor whirlpool -- everything! The restaurant (within the Meridien) has a delicious buffet breakfast with an omelet station. We ate dinner there once and loved the food!
