“A great Suprise..”

The Hotel is not so new, but everything it's almost new, the staff is very friendly and totally helpful, I've been at Cancun at least 50 times and NH was a great discovery for me, a great value for your money, with the same or more quality than others more expensive The location is superb, 2 minutes walking from all major Clubs, retaurants and shpping mall Plaza Forum I've payed the CLUB with ocean view it worth it, the first day they gave us a wine bottle and friut and the second red wine and a petite entree.

I thought the NH was awesome - room with a view of beach, pool, just around the corner from all the clubs, reasonably new facilities. Not what I would call luxury, but definitely comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced

Wonderful time, very nice and clean, awesome location steps away from the nightlife. Definately would stay there again!!! Staff very nice and helpful, felt very safe staying there, beach is just steps away.

This hotel is great. Great location, great food, and great service. For those that stated that the rooms are humid, yes they are, let me remind you that you are in a humid place, turn on your A/C and problem solved. At check in I was upgraded to an Ocean View room without a problem. Everyone, absolutely everyone was very nice. The room service was awesome. Breakfast buffet was awesome. The day time restaurant and dinner was also great. For those that say that there is no beach, please disregard those negative comments. There is a beach!!!!!!!! You just need to walk a minute or two to it. Let me remind you that there was a big hurricane a couple of years ago that damaged the hotels and for that reason it was pushed out further. The alcohol selection was better than I expected. Great tequilas and vodkas. This is a great hotel, it is close to everything. You want to shop, go out to a bar, go out to eat, just walk outside and there you have it. Enjoy this place if this is your selection for Cancun. It is a good sized hotel, not too big, but not too small. Great for those that want to relax and have a great time.

“9th annual stay at the NH Krystal”

September 2010 was great time to visit the NH Krystal in Cancun Now that the beach extends 100m out to the beautiful crystal emerald water.. our stay was the best . Hotel Staff... excellent

Stayed at the NH Krystal over Christmas weekend - what a lovely surprise! Front desk staff, concierge, and maid service were always courteous and very efficient. Book an ocean room w/ balcony in the "tower" for the best view. For anyone worried about the lack of beach mentioned in previous reviews, the beach is restored as of Dec. 2009 and there is *plenty* of it (I can't say the same for other properties further down the shore). The pool area is also gorgeous and well-maintained. I didn't go all-inclusive as there are many bars and restaurants just down the street, but the one time I did order room service, the portions were generous and not overpriced (~$20 for appetizer and main course). I'd recommend the Krystal for singletons or couples looking for a boutique-style hotel and not a cruiseship-sized mega resort. The shower's "half-door" IS a bit odd, but you get used to it (just be careful not to splash). No other complaints here!

“Winter vaca '08”

I just came back from cancun, and this hotel was amazing!!! There IS a small beach, and its perfect for swimming and laying out!!! The hotel is close to everything. I only wish the rooms had different lighting because the lighting it does have make the rooms seem cold...other than that, I totally recommend this hotel!

The NH Crystal Cancun Hotel was beautiful. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun.

It was close to all, we had no problem getting around on bus, people were friendly and helpful want to go back but would stay at La isla Mujeres (less touristy) the North point beach is beautiful!!!!!
