Isla Mujeres Palace Couples Only All Inclusive Resort sits on a span of golden beach, five km (three mi) from downtown Isla Mujeres and 9.5 km (six mi) from downtown Cancún.

This couples-only all-inclusive property features a freeform outdoor pool and poolside bar with palapa and swim-up seating. A lobby bar, snack bar, and restaurant serving all meals are also on site, and room service is available 24 hours a day. Massage, facials, pedicures, and manicures are offered in four treatment rooms (surcharge). Jutting out from the beach is a pier that accommodates small vessels, and guests have the use of kayaks. A guided snorkeling tour and a boat tour of the island are also included in the room rate. Wireless Internet access is available throughout.

A two-person jetted tub is situated in the bedroom, and bathrooms come equipped with telephones, showers, bathrobes, and slippers. Minibars with bottled water, beer, and sodas are restocked daily, as are in-room liquor dispensers. LCD TVs have HBO and numerous satellite channels, and wireless Internet access is available throughout. Isla Mujeres Palace Couples Only All Inclusive Resort has an outdoor pool and a small fitness room with cardio machines and free weights. Guests also have the use of kayaks. Also included in the room rate are a snorkeling tour with a certified instructor, and an “Around the Island” tour on a sail boat that includes a visit to Mayan ruins. An introductory scuba-diving lesson, conducted in the pool, is also provided.

“Great Resort”

Isla Mujeres Palace is a great spot for couples. It is one of the smaller Palace Resorts and is very secluded. If you are looking for a resort with lots of activities and scheduled events this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a quite relaxing vacation with very little interuptions this place is perfect. As other reviewers have said there is a loud resort next door but it very rarely was a problem. The food was good but limited selection due to the size of the resort. The only issue I had was you have to time your flights with the Ferry Schedule. The Ferry stops running from 1:00 am to 5:30 am so if you have a flight that gets you in late or a flight leaving that takes off early you might have a problem.

“Excelente, would definitely go back!”

The hotel was great, clean and easy to navigate. The room was great, two sinks, large bath, comfortable bed, and we were greeted by a bottle of wine on the table. The staff are fantastic! We especially want to thank Antonio, Jesus, Jose Luis, Rosa, Matias and Dario for a wonderful anniversary/vacation!

“Outstanding Place”

We had a wonderful time at this Island hotel, " Isla Mujeres Palace". We was treated like royality. The reason we was in Cancunwas to celebrate my birthday ! The day of my birthday early that morning the staff celebrate us with a cake, photo and singing! The entire staff there is wonderful... We will be going back to this Palace hotel!

“Awesome Honeymoon”

This was a beautiful place for our honeymoon. Relaxing resort. Had small activities daily that were fun. (Learned Salsa one night, played blackjack, other nightly activities as well as day activities). The resort gets very quiet after dinner time. Wonderful spa available. Great food!! This is a place if you want a quiet get-a-way. If you go here, be sure to rent a golf cart for 24 hours to explore the island! That was a great recommendation from the staff there!

“I'd can't wait to return!”

I was VERY pleased with our stay. EVERYONE was extremely nice to me and my family. The staff went out of their way to assure our satisfaction. Although I read in the reviews that there weren't too many child activities, we went ahead and booked. It was a small, quiet resort, exactly what we were looking for. My daughter was treated like royalty and she had a blast! Ulisses had a variety of activities that we can participate in as a family; Pool volleyball, kareoke, bingo, and movie night. We had fun. The beach was not the best but Playa Norte was about 10 minutes away. Beautiful, soft sandy, water! Great shopping by the beach too. The pool at the resort is large and roomy. If you are looking to get away for some quiet relaxing time, then this is the place to stay.

“Excellent family vacation!!!!!”

Resort was excellent as expected. All of the staff will wait hand and foot over you. Very quiet resort which was fine with us. There is only one restaurant but the food is somewhat varied and quite good for an all inclusive. The beach isn't the greatest (seaweed and rocky), but the water is very calm for swimming or snorkeling. Overall, I would give this resort 4 1/2 stars. I would definitely go back again.

“Very quiet and lovely”

This hotel is lovely! Right on the beach, spacious and airy. This hotel is quiet and comfortable. Took my husband and 7yr. old...we shared the pool and the beach with maybe 5 other couples. Beach is beautiful, white and fluffy...all the resorts block of a section of the water for swimming and kayaking and it is a tiny space...the water is super shallow, though of course perfect for my son, but I ended up floating more then walking, as it goes to about your knees and in some areas your neck. The ocean is warm and really really lovely. Very easy resort. Food was good, room was clean and lovely.

“Undiscovered Gem”

My wife and I just returned from the Isla Mujeres Palace and could not have been happier. The hotel is practically brand new and is gorgeous. If you are looking for a small, tranquil place to relax, enjoy the pool and ocean, this is the place for you. I would not recommend this place for twenty-somethings who are looking to party (stick to Cancun). It is also probably not the best choice for people with teenagers, I would imagine they would get bored rather quickly. The entire staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. By the end of your stay they will know your name, and bring you whatever you desire, sometimes without having to ask first. The rooms at Isla are beautiful, and the maid service was top notch. There is free wireless Internet and the toiletries are replaced daily, including razor and shaving cream, two tooth brushes with toothpaste, and from what my wife tells me, expensive top of the line Biosilk shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The two person Jacuzzi tub and two person shower are WONDERFUL. The only negative with regard to the room was that the TV volume is very low and you can not get rid of the Spanish subtitles. If we ever get another chance to ditch are kids with their grandparents, we will definitely return to the Isla Mujeres Palace.
