good as far as locationPosted 18-May-2013 on Hotels.com
Everything is walking distance. If thats all that matters, it was perfect for the price we paid, which was a lot lower than what the hotel had advertised in their lobby. No wifi in the room, only in the pool area and the lobby. The beds arent that comfortable. But like i said LOCATION!! was awesome. If you want to save a bit of $$ & just need a nearby place to rest your head and shower up + the going rate is low, i say go for it.

Cosy cute hotel one minute from convention centerPosted 27-Apr-2013 on Hotels.com
I liked a lot the look, it's a spanish-style court of several 3-storied buildings. Instead of furniture they have stone/concrete bars and benches with wooden tops which makes the look very authentic (maybe not that comfortable though. A friend of mine stayed on the upper floor and disliked it so be aware not to take it (too high of the ceiling). Inside the court there is a garden with plenty of huts and tables/chaise-longues, nice trees, swimming pool, a lot of birds and iguanas. I certainly recommend it as an inexpensive alternative to grands such as Fiesta Americana. 4.5 stars.

for the price, it was a decent hotel but the location is what was attractive as it was within steps of the markets malls and the night life

Great location & Great room!!!!!Posted 18-Mar-2013
Cons: No fresh towels, need to pay extra
Location, location, location. This hotel is in the heart of everything. Room was great, great bed, good water pressure in shower, big room. There was NO weird smells and A/C was NOT noisy at all. I slept like a baby. Would definitely come back.

I guess it worked for us, but...Posted 6-Dec-2012 on Hotels.com
...could they have really overlooked so much? We had a night in Cancun on our way home and were looking for two things: a clean-ish place in the hotel zone with free wi-fi. While it would be unfair to say that those needs were not met, because they were, there were some really glaring issues here. Specifically, and most glaringly, how could hotel management think that it would be OK to have holes in the ceiling/floor so large that you could see your upstairs neighbor? Are you kidding? The rooms were basic and outdated, and the front desk help was lousy. But, again, we weren't expecting much. But seeing above us the neighbors' unflattering undersides was a little disturbing. This building needs remodeling and they need a friggin' coffee maker.

Great Hotel and resonable.Posted 21-Sep-2012
Pros: Price, Location, Staff.
Cons: Hotel is a little older and needs some work.
Location: access to all the best clubs and nightlife, plenty of food and shopping.
I have stayed at this hotel four times now and love it. Its not the Ritz but very cozy and comfortable. The site is so close to everything in the hotel zone including plenty of shopping, restaurants, and nightclubs. The food in the restaurant is great and both the food and liquor are reasonably priced for the hotel not being an all-inclusive. The pool is nice and has plenty of room but is rarely crowded. The rooms are spacious and the ones with the kitchen are a great add-on if you have a family or are on a budget, everything is there a stove, fridge, microwave, and even dishes and cutlery. I met one of my dearest friends here and we meet at least one to two times a year, the people are always friendly and the staff is efficient and friendly. As I left one of the bell boy's stood with my friends waving good bye, that is something you won't find at the larger chain hotels. I gave this hotel a try from the pictures and the price and have been MORE than pleased with it so give it a try as well.

Excellent value, pleasant ambiencePosted 23-Aug-2012 on Hotels.com
Friendly, relaxed place - nicely different from many of the huge concrete blocks that seem to be the majority of Cancun hotels.Like other hotels in Cancun I heard about, no laundry service. The restaurant closes very early.
